Փաստորեն, Նոր տարվա շեմին, երբ մսի պահանջարկը քառապատկվում է, որոշ «բարեխիղճ» գործարարներ օգտվելով պահից փորձում են քառապատկել սեփական եկամուտները և առանց խղճի խայթի, առանց հետևանքների մեջ խորամուխ լինելու իրացնել իրենց սատկած անասունները: Կարծում ենք, որ սննդի անվտանգությամբ զբաղվող պատկան մարմինները պետք է այս օրերին ավելի զգոն լինեն և բոլոր շուկաներում մսի զննում անցկացնեն:
