Հայաստանը ՏՏ ոլորտում տարածաշրջանային կենտրոն դառնալու մեծ ներուժ ունի

Հայաստանն ունի բոլոր հնարավորությունները և կարողությունները տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում տարածաշրջանային կենտրոն դառնալու համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարար Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը' ասելով, որ Հայաստանում մի շարք ընկերություններ, այդ թվում' ոլորտի առաջատար «Դ-Լինք» ընկերության հայստանյան ներկայացուցչությունը, արդեն իսկ յուտատեսակ հանգույց են հանդիսանում հարևան երկրների համար:

«Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտն ընդհանուր առմամբ մենք համարում ենք բավական լուրջ ներուժ ունեցող ոլորտ Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար: Վերջին տարիներին այս ոլորտում ունենում ենք միջինը 20-22 տոկոս աճ, ինչը բավական գոհացուցիչ և հուսադրող է: Մեր նախնական գնահատումներով' տարվա վերջին կկարողանանք նույնատիպ աճ ապահովել»,-ներկայացրեց փոխնախարարը:

ՏՏ ոլորտը կազմում է ՀՀ ՀՆԱ-ի 3.8 տոկոսը: Չհաշված տելեկոմ ընկերությունների սպասարկման կենտրոնների աշխատակիցներին' ոլորտն ապահովում է 11 հազար մասնագետի զբաղվածություն: Հայաստանում գործունեություն են ծավալում մոտ 380 ՏՏ ընկերություններ, որոնցից 150-ը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցչություններ են:

Նախարարությունը շարունակելու է աշխատանքները նոր ընկերություններին Հայաստան ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ: 2014 թվականին նախատեսվում է «ԱրմԹեք» համաժողովի անցկացումը ԱՄՆ-ում, ուր ակտիվորեն գործունեություն են ծավալում ոլորտի խոշոր անդրազգային կազմակերպություններ:

«Նմանատիպ միջոցառումները հիմք են տալիս կանխատեսելու, որ տարվա վերջում ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը կապահովի նոր ներդրողների հոսք Հայաստանի շուկա: Մենք ողջունում ենք նման նախաձեռնությունները և պատրաստ ենք առավելագույն աջակցություն ցուցաբերել»,- հավելեց Մելքոնյանը:

Համաշխարհային խոշոր ընկերությունների ներգրավումը Հայաստան, փոխնախարարի դիտարկմամբ, նախ ապացույց է, որ ՏՏ ոլորտը մեծ պոտենցիալ և հեռանկար ունի Հայաստանում և ազդակ' մյուս ընկերությունների համար, որ մեր երկիրը շահավետ և հետաքրքիր վայր է բիզնես իրականացնելու համար:

Բացի այդ, աշխատանքներ են տարվում նաև տեղական ընկերությունների զարգացման և խթանման ուղղությամբ: Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ կառավարությունը մշակել և Ազգային ժողովի քննարկմանն է պատրաստվում ներկայացնել ՏՏ ոլորտին պետական աջակցություն ցույց տալու մասին օրենքը, որը հարկային արտոնություններ կապահովի սկսնակ ընկերություններին:
