Արդեն քանի օր է, ինչ թեժ քննարկման թեմա է դարձել շուկաներում եւ առեւտրի կետերում սատկած խոզերի մսի վաճառքը: Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք՝ ըստ շրջանառվող լուրերի, սեփական անպիտան ապրանքը ժողովրդի վրա «սաղացնողը» նախկին պատգամավոր Լեւոն Սարգսյանն է (Ալրաղացի Լյովը), ում խոզերը նախատոնական օրերին քաշեցին իրենց շեֆին՝ բռնեցին ու սատկեցին: Մինչ այս պարագայում խելացի մարդը գլուխը ձեռքերի մեջ առած վայ-վույ կաներ, օրենսդիր մարմնի նախկին ներկայացուցիչը ընտրեց օրենքը շրջանցելու եւ լավ ընկերոջը զանգելու հնարավորությունից: Ասում են, որ նախկին պատգամավորը սերտ կապեր ունի ներկայիս ՍԱՊԾ պետ Արմեն Հայրապետյանի հետ, ով կասկածվում է մսամթերքի շուկան իրենով անելու` մոնոպոլիզացնելու եւ մսի ներկրման գործընթացը բարեկամ խնամիներին բաժանելու մեջ․ համենայն դեպս Հայրապետյանը չի էլ հերքել այդ լուրը:
Փաստորեն, ունենալով լավ «կռիշա», Սարգսյանն առանց կաշկանդվելու անցնում է գործի՝ հստակ իմանալով, որ իր սեւ գործերը դուրս չեն գա ջրի երես: Բայց արի ու տես, որ այս անգամ նախկին չինովնիկը վատ հաշվարկ է անում կամ պարզապես վատ գործընկեր է գտնում: Ինչեւէ, մութ ու սեւ պատմությունն այլեւս ՀՀ քննչական ծառայության ձեռքի տակ է, հուսանք, որ բացահայտումները կլինեն սենսացիոն եւ արժանի բարձր գնահատականի:
Իսկ մինչ պատկան մարմինները կիրականացնեն քննություն, Orer.am-ի ընթերցողների ուշադրությունը սեւեռենք Հայրապետյանի անձի վրա, ով ՍԱՊԾ պետի պաշտոնին է հասել Արտաշատի շրջանի Դիմիտրովի միջնակարգ դպրոցից: Պարզվում է, որ մանկավարժական կրթություն ունեցող չինովնիկը նոր չէ, որ մտել է շուկայական հարաբերությունների մեջ, վերջինս «Samsung» խանութների ցանցի սեփականատերն է եւ հայտնի է «Samsung-ի Արմեն» մականունով:
Չինովնիկի մտերիմ ընկերները պատմում են՝ «Samsung-ի Արմենը» դեռ մանկուց է երազել «ցվետնոյ տելեվիզոր» ունենալ, նրա բաղձալի երազանքների մեջ է եղել նաեւ «կասետով մագնիտոֆոնը»…
Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, վերջինիս երազանքները կյանքի են կոչվել, դեռ մի բան էլ ավել՝ ժամանակի ընթացքում Արմենի ախորժակը գնալով բացվել է: Վերջին տարիներին նրա ախորժակի հետ շունչն էլ է բացվել ՝ գյուղի նախկին ուսուցիչը «Samsung-ի Արմենից» ցանկացել է վերաճել պարոն Արմենի, եւ ի՞նչ ենք տեսնում, նրա հերթական երազանքը եւս իրականություն է դառնում: Սփյուռքի փոխնախարարը ներկայումս վայելում է սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետի պաշտոնը: Թե այդ ո՞ր գետերից, ի՞նչ ոսկե ձկնիկ է բռնել պարոն Արմենը, դժվար է ասել, սակայն այն, որ նա ներկայումս «ցնցումների» մեջ է՝ փաստ է: ՍԱՊԾ պետի պաշտոնը պարոն Հայրապետյանի վրա կարծես թե թանկ է նստում:
Orer.am-ն այսօր եւս փորձեց կապ հաստատել պատմաբան-ուսուցչի հետ, ով հերթական անգամ խուսանավեց մեր կողմից հնչեցված հարցերին հեռախոսով պատասխանելուց: Լրագրողների հարցերին բանավոր չպատասխանելը նրա համար կարծես գործելաոճ է դարձել։ Նկատենք, որ նախկին խանութպանի աչքը չորրորդ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներից խիստ վախեցած է․ նրա նյարդային խոսքն ու թրթռուն ձայնը հայկական շուկաներում հնարավոր բազմաթիվ բացահայտումների մասին է խոսում: Ի դեպ, չմոռանանք տեղեկացնել, որ վերջինիս ցանկություններից մեկն էլ Orer.am-ի լրագրողների հետ իրական կյանքում շփվելն ու հետո նոր հեռախոսով հարցերին պատասխանելն է, բայց ինչպես ասում են «էդ մի պենը տենիլ չի»… Չինովնիկին պետք է հիասթափեցնենք ու նշենք, որ այս անգամ ո՛չ ոսկե ձկնիկները, ո՛չ նրա օլիգարխիկ ընկերները ու ո՛չ էլ պաշտոնը չեն կարող օգնության հասնել, փաստորեն վերջինիս «մուրազը փորում է մնալու»…
Այսքանից հետո ՍԱՊԾ պետին մնում է խորհուրդ տալ՝ Դուք ավելի լավ է սատկած խոզուկներով, իսկ եթե ավելի անկեղծ՝ դպրոցական գործերով զբաղվեք…
