Երբ քաղաքական գործիչը տարի է ամփոփում, ապա ցանկալի կլինի, որ մինչ այդ հիշի, թե անցնող տարվա ընթացքում քանի անգամ է կարողացել 7 հոգուց ավել մարդ հավաքել իր շուրջը և բացի ռուսական КГБ-ից որևէ այլ թեմայով խոսել: Ինչևէ, մարդը ևս մեկ անգամ փորձեց բացի «ռուսական КГБ-ի գործակալներից» նաև լրագրողների, լրատվամիջոցների, ընթերցողների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել իր անձի վրա, եթե, իհարկե, ըստ Հայրիկյանի՝ նույն լրագրողներն էլ չեն համագործակցում ռուսական КГБ-ի հետ:
Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ «անկախության սիմվոլը» տարին գնահատում է միայն Եվրոպայի հետ հարաբերությունների տեսանկյունից: Եթե մենք անդամակցեցինք ԵՏՄ-ին, բնականաբար, ոչ մի լավ բան լինել չէր կարող, իսկ միակ լավ բանն այն էր, որ Եվրոպան շարունակեց իր հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ, իսկ ԵՄ-ի դրոշն էլ միջոցառումների ժամանակ Հայրիկյանի ձեռքից միշտ անպակաս եղավ: Հավանաբար Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության համար պայքարն առանց «եվրամոլության» հնարավոր չէ: Պարզապես միշտ մի հարց է ինձ հետաքրքրել, որ եթե ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցելն անկախության կորուստ է համարվում, ինչի հետ ես համամիտ չեմ, ապա նույն տրամաբանությամբ ինչո՞վ անկախության կորուստ չէր լինի ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելը: Բայց սա քննարկման այլ թեմա է, և մանավանդ այս հարցը Հայրիկյանին ուղղելն անիմաստ է, քանի որ ուղղողը մեխանիկորեն կհայտնվի «ռուսական КГБ-ի գործակալների» ցուցակում:
Ի դեպ, անցնող տարվա ընթացքում Հայրիկյանը կարծես նաև կատարելագործեց իր «կրոնական» պատկերացումները և իր հավատալիքների մեջ տեղ հատկացրեց նաև եռյակին, բայց ոչ որպես «սուրբ երրորդություն», այլ որպես «սատանայի սպասավորներ»: Սատանան էլ հավանաբար Պուտինն է: Հետաքրքիր է, այդ դեպքում, ըստ Հայրիկյանի՝ ո՞վ է Օբաման... Դա էլ արդեն ինքներդ եզրակացրեք:
Ամփոփելով տարին` Պարույր Հայրիկյանի համար, ես կասեմ, որ իմ կարծիքով, ընդամենը մեկ առաջընթաց է արձանագրվել. եթե Հայրիկյանը նախկինում «ռուսական КГБ-ի 43 տարվա հալածյալ» էր, ապա այսուհետ կդառնա 44 տարվա:
