Գրող-հրապարակախոս Սամվել Բեգլարյանը գրական թերթից է տեղեկացել, որ ինքը ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի կողմից պարգևատրվել է ոսկե մեդալով:
«Թերթում պատահական կարդացի, որ մշակույթի նախարարությունը ոսկե մեդալի է ինձ արժանացրել:Անակնկալ էր, որովհետև ոչ նախապատրաստել էին, ոչ էլ ներկայացրել: Արարողությանը ներկա չեմ գտնվել, հետո գնացել եմ գրողների միությունից ստացել եմ պարգևատրումս»,- այս մասին Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սամվել Բեգլարյանը և հավելեց, որ ինքը երեք ստեղծագործագործական միության անդամ է՝ գրողների, թատերական գործիչների և լրագրողների:
«Ես մայրաքաղաքից հեռու եմ ապրում, բայց մարդիկ գիտեն, թե գրողը մենակ Երևանում է ապրում: Մի քանի անվանական մրցանակներ եմ ստացել: 2004 թվականից գրողների միության անդամ եմ և գրողների միության Տավուշի միավորման նախագահն եմ: 12 գրքի հեղինակ եմ, որոնցից 3-4-ի համար մրցանակներ եմ ստացել»,-ասաց Բեգլարյանը և հայտնեց, որ բացի գրող, հրապարակախոս լինելուց, Նոյեմբերյանի սոցիալական ծառայության պետն է:
«Մենք ապրում ենք մի հայրենիքում, որը տոլմա չէ, որ ոնց ուզենանք փաթաթենք, ինչքան ուզենանք աղ լցնենք, դա մեր արյունն է և այդ հայրենիքի հոգսով ապրող քաղաքացիները դիմում են սոցիալական ծառայություն: Դրանք գործազուրկ, նպաստ ստացող մարդիկ են»,-ասաց գրող-հրապարակախոսը:
Մեր այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք դժվար չէ լինել գրականագետ և զբաղվել մարդկանց սոցիալական խնդիրներով, Սամվել Բեգլարյանն ասաց.
«Ահավոր դժվար է, բայց խիստ անհրաժեշտ, որովհետև իմ մոտ գալիս են կերպարներ, մեկը սոված, մեկը մյուսից բամբասող, պետությունից դժգոհող, մեկը իր եղբորից վառված, դրանք կերպարներ են: Երևանյան գրողները ո՛չ սահմանին կրակոց են տեսնում, ո՛չ թուրք, ո՛չ տառապանք, նրանք Երևանի սրճարաններում նստած կերպարներ են ստեղծում»:
Սամվել Բեգլարյանը նշեց նաև, որ գրողը, մտավորականն այսօր չի կարող չզբաղվել քաղաքականությամբ:
«Այն գրողը, այն մտավորականը, եթե ասում է, որ քաղաքականությամբ չի զբաղվում, ապա ստում է: Եթե մենք քաղաքականությամբ չզբաղվենք, ապա քաղաքականությունն է մեզանով զբաղվելու: Այն էլ այսպիսի խիստ քաղաքականացված երկրում»,-ասաց Բեգլարյանը և խոսելով մեր երկրի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակներից՝ նշեց. «Դա մի ներկայացում է, որ կողքից նայում ես, ոնց որ թատրոն լինի. մեկը դրամա է, մեկը՝ կատակերգություն, մեկը՝ օպերա: Դա քաղաքականություն չէ, այլ դիմակահանդես է: Այս երկրում, երբ մեկը հազար ձևով կախված է իշխանությունից, չի կարող ընդդիմություն լինել: Դա կեղծ ընդդիմություն է, ասենք ես ընդդիմադիր եմ, բայց եթե իմ խնամին լինի երկրի վարչապետը, դու կհավատա՞ս, որ ես կարող եմ լինել ընդդիմադիր: Ես չեմ հավատում»:
