Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Ավարտին է մոտենում 2014 թվականը, և շուտով մենք կշրջենք մեր տարեգրության ևս մեկ էջ: Տարեմուտի այս վերջին ժամերին ցանկանում եմ շնորհավորանքի ու բարեմաղթանքի խոսք ուղղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ ժողովրդին, արցախցիներին, աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը: Թո՛ղ գալիք՝ 2015 թվականը մեր պետության համար լինի խաղաղության և ստեղծագործ աշխատանքի տարի:
Անցնող տարին մեր երկրի առաջընթացի ճանապարհին ևս մեկ դժվարին ժամանակահատված էր, որը կարողացանք հաղթահարել առանց մեծ ցնցումների: Այն իր դժվարություններով հանդերձ, ևս մի քայլ եղավ մեր պետականության ամրապնդման, երկրի հզորացման և մեր կյանքի բոլոր բնագավառների բարեփոխման ճանապարհին:
2014 թվականի մայիսին ձևավորված նոր կառավարությունն իր գործունեության առանցքում է պահում քաղաքացուն և նրա կարիքները: Մենք գիտակցում ենք, որ դեռևս կան բազմաթիվ չլուծված խնդիրներ: Մենք ունենք դրանց լուծման համար հստակ ծրագիր և քաղաքական կամք:
Հայաստանի կառավարությունը շարունակելու է հետևողական քայլեր ձեռնարկել տնտեսության հետագա զարգացման, գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման և արտաքին գործոններով պայմանավորված ռիսկերի նվազեցման ուղղությամբ: Համոզված եմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ղեկավարությամբ և մեր անձնվեր աշխատանքով ու համատեղ ջանքերով 2015 թվականին մենք կարձանագրենք նոր հաջողություններ:
Այն, ինչ մենք անում ենք այսօր, առաջին հերթին անում ենք գալիք սերունդների համար, որպեսզի նրանք ապրեն խաղաղ, անվտանգ ու բարեկեցիկ երկրում, որտեղ պահպանում են ազգային ավանդույթները և ձգտում նոր նպատակների: Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի անձնական նպատակները անբաժան են Հայաստանից, մեր երկրի նկատմամբ ջերմ ու անկեղծ զգացումներից:
Ես հավատում եմ մեր հավաքական ուժին և համոզված եմ, որ Հայաստանի, Արցախի ու Սփյուռքի եռամիասնությամբ, մեր մտավոր ու նյութական ներուժի համադրմամբ իրականություն են դառնալու համազգային մեր գաղափարներն ու հայրենանվեր նպատակները:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ
Տարեմուտի այս նվիրական պահին կուզենայի շեշտել մեր հասարակության, ամբողջ ժողովրդի միասնության անհրաժեշտությունը: Դա հատկապես կարևոր է Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի նախաշեմին, երբ մենք ևս մեկ անգամ աշխարհին կվերահաստատենք մեր անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը ոգեկոչելու, նրանց երազած հայրենիքը կերտելու մեր անկոտրում կամքը:
Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորելով Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան լուսավոր տոների առթիվ՝ մաղթում եմ ձեզ, սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, առողջություն, անձնական երջանկություն և բարօրություն: Թո՛ղ խաղաղությունը անխախտ լինի Հայոց աշխարհում: Թո՛ղ 2015 թվականը միայն ձեռքբերումների և բարի գործերի իրականացման տարի լինի:
