Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը հավանական չի համարում Գյումրիում սպանությունը կատարելուց հետո քաղաքի այլ վայրերում կրակոցները, քանի որ դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է սպանություն կատարելու մեջ կասկածվող ռուս զինծառայողիինքնաձիգը:
«Կրակոցները չեն հաստատվել: Եթե հայտնաբերվել է զենքը («ԱԿՍ» ինքնաձիգ), չեմ կարծում, որ կրակոցների մասին խոսակցություններն այս պահին հավանական են, իսկ փախուստի դիմած անձին շարունակում են ամենուր փնտրել: Փնտրում են ամեն տեղ, կա վարկած, որ քաղաքացիական հագուստով շրջում է: Այլ ինֆորմացիա այս պահին չկա»,-նշեց դատախազը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք այլ զենք չի եղել զինծառայողի մոտ մարզի դատախազը նշեց, որ դրա վերաբերյալ այս պահին և՛ օպերատիվ, և՛ քննչական մարմիններին ոչինչ հայտնի չէ:
Անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով` քաղաքի բոլոր դպրոցներում հսկողություն է իրականացվել:
«Բնական է, եթե զենքով զորամասից որևէ մեկը փախուստի է դիմում, կան գործողություններ, որոնք պետք է ձեռնարկվեն` հաշվի առնելով բնակչության անվտանգությունը»,-նշեց Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը:
Շիրակի մարզի ոստիկանապետ Վարդան Նադարյանն էլ ասել է, որ դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է զինվորին ամրագրված ինքնաձիգը` դանակով. «Այս պահին քաղաքի բոլոր հատվածներում կատարվում են որոնողական աշխատանքներ: Հայտարարվել է միջոցառում՝ «ձերբակալում» ծրագիրը. փակված է ողջ մարզը: Կատարվում են աշխատանքներ փախուստի դիմած անձի հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գյումրու Մյասնիկյան 188 հասցեում այսօր հայտնաբերվել է վեց դի` հրազենային վնասվածքներով: Գյումրիում վեց անձի սպանության փաստով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդված երկրորդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Պարզվել է Գյումրիում կատարված սպանության բոլոր զոհերի ինքնությունը. մահացել են Սերյոժա Կարապետի Ավետիսյանը (ընտանիքի հայրը), Հասմիկ Ռաֆիկի Ավետիսյանը (ընտանիքի մայրը), Արմեն Սերյոժայի Ավետիսյանը (նրանց որդին), Արաքս Անդրանիկի Ավետիսյանը (ընտանիքի հարսը), Աիդա Սերյոժայի Ավետիսյանը (դուստրը), Հասմիկ Արմենի Ավետիսյանը (2 տարեկան երեխա): Ընտանիքի յոթերորդ անդամը` վեցից ութ ամսական Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը հիվանդանոցում է:
