Հայաստանի տարբեր ձեռնարկություններ կարող են իրենց արտադրանքը Ռուսաստան արտահանել, եթե կառավարությունը նրանց այդ հարցում աջակցություն ցուցաբերի: Այս մասին օգոստոսի 325-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Հայաստանի գործատուների միության նախագահ Գագիկ Մակարյանը: «Երբ Ռուսաստանն արգելում էր Արևմուտքից որոշ ապրանքների ներմուծումը, նա շատ լավ գիտեր, թե որ երկրներով կարող է լրացնել այդ պահանջը, որոնց թվում է նաև Հայաստանը: Ռուսաստանը նույնիսկ խորհրդային տարիներից մնացած վիճակագրություն ունի: Եվ հիմա մեր ձեռնարկությունների համար լավ հնարավորություններ կան ռուսական շուկա ներխուժելու համար, սակայն առանց կառավարության օգնության դա շատ դժվար կլինի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Մակարյանը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետք է շատ արագ տեմպերով նպաստի սուբսիդավորման, էժան վարկերի տրամադրման, թանկ վարկերի մարման գործընթացին: «Կառավարությունը պետք է խոստանա, որ որոշակի հարցերում դերակատարում կունենա, որովհետև մասնավոր սեկտորը միայնակ չի կարողանա գրավել շուկան: Եվ ես կարծում եմ, որ առաջիկայում Ռուսաստանի վարչապետի Հայաստան կատարելիք այցի ժամանակ կարելի է շատ հեշտությամբ քվոտավորման խնդիրներ դնել: Այսինքն' Հայաստանը կարող է որոշակի մատակարարման քվոտավորում ստանձնել: Կարող է խնդրել, որ միջպետական համաձայնագրերի ձևով դրանք ֆիքսվեն և ընթացքի մեջ դրվեն: Ունենալով քվոտավորում՝ Հայաստանի կառավարությունն արդեն կարող է ձեռնարկատերերին տեղեկացնել, թե այդ քվոտավորման շրջանակում ինչ քանակությամբ ապրանք կարող է սպառել»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:
Գործատուների միության նախագահը նշեց, որ իր հաշվարկներով ռուսական շուկայի հաշվին հնարավոր կլինի այս տարի 30 տոկոս արտահանման աճ ապահովել գինիների, ջրերի, պահածոների, հյութերի բնագավառում, իսկ մյուս տարի արդեն հնարավոր կլինի կրկնապատկել:
Գագիկ Մակարյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ ինքը օգոստոսի 26-ին հանդիպելու է ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ, ում հետ քննարկելու են նաև դեպի Ռուսաստան արտահանման ծավալների մեծացման հետ կապված հարցեր:
