Նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում Ուկրաինայում տիրող բարդ իրադրությունը չէր կարող իր ազդեցությունը չունենալ այդ երկրի տնտեսության և այլ երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ ունեցած տնտեսական կապերի վրա:
2014 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 147.6 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որը կազմում է Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության 3.4 %-ը: Մեր երկրի առևտրային հաշվեկշիռը բացասական է և կազմում է շուրջ 139 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, այսինքն՝ շատ քիչ արտահանում ունենք, հիմնականում ներմուծումներ ենք իրականացնում:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ այս ցուցանիշը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի հետ համեմատած կրճատվել է շուրջ 38 %-ով: Այս ամենը, իհարկե, ունի իր քաղաքական մեկնաբանությունները՝ կապված Ուկրաինայում տիրող իրավիճակի հետ:
Գրեթե նույն համամասնությամբ կրճատվել է և՛ արտահանումը, և՛ ներմուծումը: Եթե 2014 թվականին Ուկրաինայից հայաստան ներկրման ծավալները կազմել են շուրջ 210 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, ապա այս տարի այդ ցուցանիշը հավասար է եղել 138.7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Բավականին փոքր է այս տարվա արտահանման ծավալը, որն ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմել է 8.9 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար. այն շատ փոքր տեսակարար կշիռ ունի ՀՀ համախառն արտահանման մեջ:
Դեպի Ուկրաինա արտահանման մէջ գերիշխում է հայկական կոնյակը՝ տարեկան մոտ 9-10 մլն. դոլարի չափով: Գործնականում որևէ այլ հայկական ապրանքատեսակ ուկրաինական շուկայում լրջորեն ներկայացված չէ: Թերևս, կարելի է նշել նաեւ խեցգետնի արտահանումը՝ տարեկան մոտ 1 մլն դոլարի չափով: Ուկրաինացիներն այս կերակրատեսակի հանդեպ առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունք ունեն, սակայն հայկական արտահանողներն այնքան էլ հաստատուն քայլեր չեն իրականացնում այս ուղղղությամբ:
Իսկ ահա Ուկրաինայից իրականացվող ներմուծումներն ավելի բազմազան են: Ընդ որում՝ ներմուծումների կառուցվածքն այնպիսին է, որ ուկրաինական ապրանքները սուր մրցակցութեան մեջ են տեղական արտադրողների հետ: Ամենաշատ ներմուծվող ապրանքատեսակը ծխախոտներն են, որը հիմնականում կապված է «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս Արմենիա» ընկերութեան գործունեության հետ: Երկրորդ տեղում պողպատյա գլանվածքներն են (հիմնական ներկրող՝ «Միկմետալ»): Երրորդ հորիզոնականը զբաղեցնում է ուկրաինական շոկոլադը: Ուկրաինայից նաև մեծ քանակությամբ ձեթ, եգիպտացորեն, խտացրած կաթ, կաթի փոշի և մարգարին ենք ներկրում:
Հավելենք, որ նշված ժամանակաշրջանում (2014 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին) ՀՀ արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմել է 4300.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որից 1109.2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարը կազմել է արտահանումը, իսկ 3191.3 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարը՝ ներմուծումը: Առևտրային հաշվեկշիռը, ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին՝ կրկին բացասական է, այսինքն՝ մենք ավելի շատ ներմուծում ենք, քան՝ արտահանում:
