Նավթի գների շարունակական անկումը մեծացնում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանության տագնապը: Այդ գործընթացի սկզբում ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները հայտարարում էին, թե նավթի էժանացումն Ադրբեջանի համար ոչ մի խնդիր չի առաջացնելու: Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդ Իլհամ Ալիեւը հայտարարել էր, որ նավթի մեկ բարելի գինը 60 դոլար լինելու դեպքում անգամ Ադրբեջանի համար վտանգ չի լինելու, քանի որ իրենք դրան համապատասխան ծրագիր ունեն: Սակայն, նավթի մեկ բարելի գինն արդեն 50 դոլարի շեմին է եւ շարունակում է նվազել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլիգ»-ը գրում է, որ 1915թ. Ադրբեջանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների եւ Եվրոպական ամառային խաղերի շեմին այդ խնդրի խորացումը խիստ անհանգստացրել է իշխանություններին: Բացի այդ, իշխանությունը հասկանում է նաեւ, որ Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները եւս լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացնելու Ադրբեջանի համար: Ըստ աղբյուրի' այդ պատճառով իշխանությունը դադարեցրել է այս տարվա համար ծրագրած ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերը:
Թերթի աղբյուրը հայտնել է, որ դադարեցվել են պետբյուջեի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրագործվելիք բոլոր նախագծերը: Բացի այդ, բոլոր պետական կառույցներին հանձնարարվել է կրճատումներ կատարել, որոնք կմեկնարկեն մոտակա օրերին:
Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի տնտեսական քաղաքականության հանձնաժողովի անդամ պատգամավոր Վահիդ Ահմեդովը Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է (report.az), որ նավթի գների անկման պատճառով, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Ադրբեջանը 2015 թվականի մայիսին կվերանայի պետական բյուջեն: Նրա խոսքով, այդ հարցն արդեն քննարկվել է ե՛ւ հանձնաժողովի, ե՛ւ խորհրդարանի լիագումար նիստում:
Ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ Ռովշան Աղաեւը հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեի (21.1 մլրդ մանաթ) ընդհանուր' 6.3 մլրդ մանաթ ծախսային հատվածի 3.4 մլրդ մանաթ մասը բնակչության աշխատավարձն է կազմում, 1.8 մլրդ մասը' սոցիալական պաշտպանության ծախսերը, 1 մլրդ մանաթ մասն էլ պետական պարտքերի վճարման հետ կապված ծախսերն են:
«Նշանակում է, նավթի հնարավոր ամենացածր գների պայմաններում անգամ կառավարությունը ստիպված է լինելու ֆինանսավորել 21.1 մլրդ բյուջեի 6.3 մլրդ մանաթ (30 տոկոս) ծախսային մասը: Նավթի ներկայիս 50-55 դոլար սահմաններում գտնվելու պայմաններում կա ռավարությունը ստիպված է լինելու կրճատել բյուջեի մնացած եւ չպաշտպանված 14.8 մլրդ մանաթ մասը», -նշել է Ռովշան Աղաեւը:
Հղում կատարելով «Ռոյթերս»-ին, «Ազադլիգ»-ը գրել է, որ համաշխարհային ապրանքային սակարաններում ադրբեջանական «ԱզերիLayt» տեսակի նավթի գնորդ չի գտնվել, եւ հունվարի 8-ին այն աճուրդի չի հանվել:
«Ադրբեջանը հունվարին օրական 742 հազար բարել նավթ է արտահանել: Փետրվարին արտահանումը հասնելու է օրական 821 հազար բարելի: Ադրբեջանը նավթի արտահանումը մեծացրել է իր մրցակից Լիբիայից արտահանման նվազելու մասին լուրերից հետո: Լիբիան նավթի արտահանումը հոկտեմբերին 900 հազար բարելից հունվարին նվազեցրել եւ հասցրել է օրական 300 հազար բարելի:
Առեւտրականների խոսքով' շուկայում առաջարկվող նավթի ծավալը բավարար է: Սակայն, գների շարունակական անկումը միջնորդ ընկերություններին ստիպել է նավթը բաց ծովում պահելու համար մինչեւ 12 ամիս ժամկետով գերլցանավեր վարձակալել: Նրանք իրենց ունեցած նավթը վաճառելու համար ավելի ձեռնտու առիթի են սպասում», - նշել է թերթը:
Հունվարին ադրբեջանական նավթի գինը կտրուկ սկսել է իջնել: Հունվարի 5-ին Լոնդոնի ապրանքային սակարանում անցկացված աճուրդներում «ԱզերիLayt» տեսակի նավթի մեկ բարելի գինը նվազել է 3,53 դոլարով եւ կազմել 53,81 դոլար: Այն ընդամենը 2,1-2,4 դոլարով է բարձր եղել «Brent» տեսակի նավթի գնից: Այսինքն' Ադրբեջանի 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսվածից արդեն 36 դոլարով ցածր է:
Նոր տարվա առաջին օրերից Ադրբեջանում նավթարդյունաբերության հատվածում աշխատողների զանգվածային կրճատումները նոր թափ են ստացել: Ադրբեջանի նավթագործների իրավունքների պատպանության կազմակերպության ղեկավար Միրվարի Գահրամանլըն ԶԼՄ-ներին հայտնել է, որ նավթի գնի անկման պատճառով այսօր 100 աշախատակից է կրճատել Global Energy Azerbaijan Group ընկերության Նեվթեչալայի նավթավերամշակման գործարանից: Զանգվածային կրճատումներ է կատարել նաեւ այդ ընկերության կազմում գտնվող Bahar Energy ընկերությունը:
Անցյալ սեպտեմբերից սկսված նավթի գների անկման պատճառով Ադրբեջանի նավթավերամշակման ոլորտում զանգվածային կրճատումները շարունակվում են:
