ՀՀ ոստիկանության 2014 թ. հիմնական կազմակերպչական միջոցառումների պլանի 2.1.5 կետի, ինչպես նաև «Թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարում ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների համագործակցության 2014-2018 թթ. ծրագրի իրականացմանն ուղղված ԱՊՀ մասնակից-պետությունների ներքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի պլանի 3-րդ կետի պահանջների համաձայն' «Կանեփ-կակաչ-2014» համալիր օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումն անց է կացվելու 2014 թ. օգոստոսի 4-ից մինչև օգոստոսի 28-ը:

Միջոցառման նպատակն է` հայտնաբերել և այրման միջոցով ոչնչացնել հանրապետության տարածքում վայրի աճած կամ բնակչության կողմից աճեցված կանեփի և կակաչի բույսերը, ինչպես նաև թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերի հայտնաբերումը, կանխումը, խափանումը և բացահայտումը:

25.08.2014 թ. դրությամբ հայտնաբերվել և այրման միջոցով ոչնչացվել է 64 տոննա 776.4 կգ վայրի աճած և աճեցված կանեփի և 146.6 կգ կակաչի կանաչ զանգված:

Բացի վերոգրյալը, ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների իրացման արդյունքում' հայտնաբերվել է հանցագործության 80 դեպք, որից 61-ը' վերաբերում է թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությանը: Արդյունքում' ապօրինի շրջանառությունից առգրավվել է 12 կգ 293 գրամ մարիխուանա, 1253.4 մլ դեզոմորֆին, 464 հատ սուբուտեքս թմրահաբ, 101 հատ հոգեմետ դեղահաբ, 4 հատ մորֆին տեսակի թմրահաբ, 1.2 գրամ մեթադոն և 1.1 գրամ հերոին տեսակի թմրամիջոց: Հարուցվել է 14 քրեական գործ' 18 դրվագով: Բացահայտվել են ապօրինի ձկնորսության /Եղեգնաձորի ՈԲ/, խարդախության /Տարոնի ՈԲ/ և 6 բնակարանային գողության /Արթիկի ՈԲ, Արարատի ՈԲ, Նաիրի ՈԲ, Մասիսի ՈԲ/ դեպքեր:

Գրանցվել է զենք-զինամթերքի կամավոր հանձնման 4 դեպք /2 հատ «ՏՈԶ», 1 հատ ողորկափող որսորդական հրացան և տարբեր տրամաչափի 150 փամփուշտ, 200 գրամ տրոտիլ/:

Ապօրինի շրջանառությունից հայտնաբերվել է տարբեր տրամաչափի 4 փամփուշտ /Տավուշի ՈԲ/, 1 հատ հրացան, 155 հատ փամփուշտ /Արագածի, Ապարանի ՈԲ/, ինքնաձիգի 3 պահունակ, նռնակի 1 պայթուցիչ, հակատանկային 1 նռնակ /Գորիսի ՈԲ/, 1 հատ կռփազենք /Մարտունու ՈԲ/, 1 հատ սառը զենք, 19 հատ փամփուշտ, 1 գազային ատրճանակ /Տարոնի ՈԲ/: Տնամերձ 245 հողամասերից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է ապօրինի աճեցված 2 տոննա 540 կգ կանեփի բույս, 26 կգ կակաչի բույս և 600 գրամ կակաչի գլխիկներ:

Հարուցվել է 84 հատ քրեական գործ ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 273 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:

Մնացած փաստերով նախապատրաստվել են համապատասխան նյութեր, իսկ առգրավվածները ներկայացվել են փորձաքննության:

Հայտնաբերվել է 15 հետախուզվող:
