Երեկ «ՀԺ»-ին սենսացիոն մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացից: ՄՀՀ փաստաբան Արմինե Հակոբյանը թերթի թղթակցին ասել է, թե իրենք ԴԱՀԿ-ից ստացել են գրավոր պարզաբանում, թե ինչպես է գնահատվել ՄՀՀ-ն այն աճուրդի հանելուց առաջ:

Ըստ Հակոբյանի, ԴԱՀԿ-ն պարզաբանել է, որ ՄՀՀ-ն գնահատվել է՝ Աջափնյակում բազմաբնակարան շենքի մեկ քառակուսի մետրի արժեքը որպես հիմք ընդունելով: Այս մեթոդով, ՄՀՀ-ի գին է որոշվել 28 միլիարդ դրամ, ու քանի որ մի քանի անգամ տեղի ունեցած աճուրդներում գնորդներ ի հայտ չեկան, գինը նվազեց-նվազեց, հասավ 10 միլիարդ 283 միլիոն դրամի:

«ՀԺ»-ն գրում է, որ անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու են ՄՀՀ-ն գնահատել Աջափնյակի բազմաբնակարան շենքերի սակագնով: Այս հարցը հնչում է մի քանի պատճառներով, նախ ՄՀՀ-ն գտնվում է երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի տարածքում, Կիևյանի հարևանությամբ, և նրա կապը Աջափնյակի հետ այնքան էլ ակնհայտ չէ, էլ չենք ասում, որ ՄՀՀ-ն բազմաբնակարան շենք չէ, այլ երկրի թիվ 1 մարզահամերգային կառույցը, ճարտարապետական գլուխգործոցը:
