Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը (ԵԽԽՎ) հունվարի 26-ին սկսում է ձմեռային նստաշրջանը:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլիգ»-ը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը լրջորեն անհանգստացած է այդ նստաշրջանով, քանի որ սպասվում է, որ դրա շրջանակում Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված լուրջ քննարկումներ են անցկացվելու:
Ըստ պնդումների, նստաշրջանում հիմնական քննարկման թեմա է դառնալու Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների վիճակը, քաղաքացիական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների, քաղաքական գործիչների ու ակտիվիստների դեմ բռնաճնշումները, Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի (ՄԻԵԴ) որոշումների չկատարումը և այլ նման հարցեր: Նշվում է, որ որպես քննարկումների արդյունք' սպասվում է, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ն Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված խիստ և վճռական որոշումներ կընդունի:
Անցյալ տարի հոկտեմբերին Մադրիդում անցկացված հավաքում ԵԽԽՎ նախագահ Անն Բրոշուրն ասել էր, որ որոշ երկրների կողմից ՄԻԵԴ որոշումների չկատարումն անընդունելի է, և այդ խնդրի վերացման համար լուրջ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու կարիք կա:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը չի կատարում ՄԻԵԴ-ի' նախկին առողջապահության նախարար Ալի Ինսանովի և REAL շարժման նախագահ Իլգար Մամեդովի հետ կապված որոշումները:
Բացի այդ, ԵԽԽՎ քարտուղար Թորբյորն Յագլանդը ևս ժամանակ առաջ խստորեն քննադատել էր Ադրբեջանի իշխանությանը: Յագլանդը նույնիսկ Մեծ Բրիտանիային կոչ էր արել լուրջ մոտենալ Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված կրիտիկական իրավիճակին:
«Այս իմաստով, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը հասկանում է, որ ձմեռային նստաշրջանում Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված կրիտիկական քննարկումներ են լինելու», -գրում է թերթը:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ ԱՄՆ-ում եւ Եվրոպայում քննարկումներ են ընթանում Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների աղետալի վիճակի շուրջ եւ Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու պահանջներ են հնչում:
