Քչերը գիտեն՝ շատերը չգիտեն բլոգը գրել է.
Մահապատիժը, շարունակում է մնալ աշխարհի ամենավիճելի հարցերից մեկը: Կարծում եմ շատերին կհետաքրքրի, թե ինչպես էր այն իրականացվում 20–րդ դարի ամենահակասական և ամենաարյունարբու կայսրությունում` ԽՍՀՄ–ում։
Բանտի ադմինիստրացիայի ներկայացուցիչն էր մահապատժի անմիջական իրականացնողը, հիմնականում ենթասպաները։ Նրանք դրա համար մեծ գումար էին ստանում։ Դահճին գիտեին միայն բանտի պետն ու դատախազը։ Անգամ այդ ենթասպաների գործընկերները չգիտեին, որ վերջիններս մահապատժի հետ առնչություն ունեն։ Մահապատիժ իրականացնողը կարող էր ամեն րոպե հրաժարվել այդ աշխատանքից։ ԽՍՀՄ–ում օրենքով կանանց մահապատժի չէին ենթարկում։
Բանտարկյալը չէր իմանում, թե երբ են իրեն մահապատժի ենթարկելու։ Դա արվում էր բանտի սպասարկող անձնակազմի անվտանգության համար. չէ՞ որ մահապատժի դատապարտվածից կարելի էր ամեն ինչ սպասել։ Մահապատժից առաջ դատապարտյալին բազմիցս այցելում էր բժիշկը, որ նրա մոտ կասկած չառաջանար վճռի իրականացման ժամկետների վերաբերյալ։ Երկու պարտադիր պայմանի դեպքում էին ի կատար ածում դատավճիռը. 1. Պետք է ստացվեր ներում շնորհելու խնդրանքի մերժումը, որից հետո ևս մեկ ամիս դատապարտվածին ապրելու հնարավարություն էին տալիս։ 2. Մահապարտը պետք է պարտադիր առողջ լիներ։ Եթե նա ջերմություն ուներ կամ մրսած էր` մահապատիժը հետաձգվում էր։
Մահապատժից առաջ դատապարտվածին հանում էին խցից` բժշկական հետազոտության կամ բանտի պետի մոտ տանելու պատրվակով։ Ապա նրան մտցնում էին հատուկ մեկուսացված շինություն, որտեղ կարդում էին ներում շնորհելու մասին մերժումը և գնդակահարում։ Մահապարտը չէր տեսնում կատարողին։ Մահապատիժն իրականացվում էր բանտի պետի, դատախազի և բժշկի ներկայությամբ։ Ըստ ականատեսների` մահապատժի պահին դատապարտյալները ուշաթափ չեն եղել, ներում չեն խնդրել, չեն արտասվել, որովհետև նրանք վաղուց պատրաստվել են դրան։ Վճռի արձակման պահից մինչև դրա ի կատարա ածումը բավական ժամանակ էր անցնում. դա կարող էր տարիներ տևել։ Այդ ընթացքում մարդը հաշտվում էր մահվան մտքի հետ։ Գնդակահարությունը միայն վերջակետ էր դնում նրա պատմությունը։ Որպես կանոն այդ մարդիկ իրենց պատեպատ չէին տալիս, չէին բղավում։ Բացառություններ գրեթե չէին լինում։ Գնդակահարությունն իրականացվում էր « Մակարովի» 9մմ–նոց ատրճանակից` 2 կրակոցով։ Առաջին կրակոցը գլխին, երկրորդը` ստուգիչը` ծոծրակին։ Ապա բժիշկը արձանագրում էր մահը, իսկ դիակը ժամանակավորապես թաղում էին բանտի տարածքում։
Հետագայում, եթե ռեաբիլիտացիա չէր հետևում, դիակը հանում էին, այրում, ու աճյունը քամուն տալիս։ Դիակը հարազատներին չէին հանձնում, որպեսզի գերեզմանում չթաղեին։ Հնարավոր էր, որ մահապատժի ենթարկված զոհերի հարազատները քանդեին գերեզմանը, հանեին դիակն ու անարգեին այն։ Ի դեպ, մահապատժի ենթարկվածի հարազատներին միայն մի բան էին ասում` դատավճիռն ի կատար է ածվել…
