«Հայոց աշխարհ» թերթը գրում է. «Նոր տնտեսական տարին Հայաստանը սկսում է ոչ այնքան բարենպաստ տնտեսական եւ ֆինանսական միջավայրում։ Մի կողմից արտաքին, մյուս կողմից՝ ներքին հատվածից թելադրված բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերները մեծացրել են ճնշումը տնտեսական գործընթացների վրա։
ԵՏՄ-ին անդամագրման դրական եւ բացասական կողմերին շարքային քաղաքացիներն առաջիկայում կառնչվեն արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնելու ընթացքում։ Այս առումով առավելություններն ակնհայտ են։ Մասնավորապես ռուսական շուկայում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների աշխատելու հնարավորությունները հավասարեցվել են տեղաբնակների հետ։
Չնայած նման առավելությանը, այնուհանդերձ այս տարի շոշափելիորեն նվազել են ռուսական շուկայում հայաստանյան միգրանտների աշխատանք գտնելու հնարավորությունները։ Դրանք կապված են Ռուսաստանի ինչպես տնտեսական իրավիճակի, այնպես էլ ազգային արժույթի արժեզրկման հետ։ Հատկապես վերջին գործոնը կրճատել է այս շուկայից եկամուտներ ստանալու Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ակնկալիքները։
Պատահական չէ, որ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողների մի մասը գոնե այս տարի մտադիր չէ աշխատանք փնտրել Ռուսաստանում։ Սա անշուշտ բացասական գործոն է Հայաստանի ինչպես տնտեսության ու ֆինանսական համակարգերի, այնպես էլ սոցիալական իրավիճակի համար։
Ռուսական աշխատանքային շուկայի նկատմամբ սպասումների կրճատումը նվազեցնում է նաեւ տրանսֆերտային հոսքերի ակնկալիքները։
Տրանսֆերտների նվազումը լուրջ բացասական գործոն է տնտեսական գործընթացների վրա։
Ֆինանսական ոչ բարենպաստ միջավայրը ներկա փուլում նվազեցրել է արտահանման ակնկալիքները։
Ավելին՝ ռուսական ռուբլու անկայունությունը ստիպում է շատերին առայժմ ձեռնպահ մնալ իրացման այս շուկայում արտահանում կազմակերպելուց։
Հայաստանի տնտեսության ռիսկերը պահպանվում են նաեւ համաշխարհային շուկաներում արձանագրվող գործընթացների հետ կապված։ Գլոբալ տնտեսության դանդաղ ընթացքի հետեւանքով տեղի է ունենում պղնձի գների նվազում
Չմոռանանք, որ երկրի արտահանման գրեթե 25-30 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկնում հանքահումքային ապրանքներին։ Բավական մեծ է ոլորտի բաժինը նաեւ արդյունաբերության եւ տնտեսական աճի գործում։
Քիչ չեն ռիսկերը նաեւ ներքին հատվածում։ Դրանք կապված են հատկապես ֆինանսական համակարգում տարեվերջին տեղի ունեցած դրսեւորումների հետ, որոնց հետեւանքով կրճատվել են տնտեսության մեջ ներարկումների ինչպես հնարավորությունները, այնպես էլ արդյունավետությունը։
Սրանք լուրջ գործոններ են, որոնք տարեսկզբին շոշափելիորեն ավելացրել են արտաքին ու ներքին հատվածից թելադրված Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի ռիսկերը»։
