ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի Փաստաբանների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կարեն Մեժլումյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ: Այն կապված է հունվարի 15-ին Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ինքնաբուխ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ իրավաբանների բերման ենթարկելու հետ: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.
«2015թ. հունվարի 15-ին Գյումրի և Երևան քաղաքներում տեղի են ունեցել բողոքի զանգվածային միջոցառումներ՝ Գյումրու ռուսական ռազմակայանի զինծառայող՝ Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից 2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին Գյումրի քաղաքում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի վեց անդամների սպանության կապակցությամբ: Նույն օրը’ երեկոյան ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում մի քանի տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ մասնակցել են Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության հրապարակում տեղի ունեցող մոմավառությանը: Նշված խաղաղ հավաքի վայրում են գտնվել նաև ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի խորհրդի անդամ Լուսինե Սահակյանը, ինչպես նաև Պալատի անդամներ Ավետիք Իշխանյանը և Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը:
Ի թիվս հավաքի մասնակից մի քանի տասնյակ քաղաքացիների, ժամը 22:15-ի սահմաններում Ավետիք Իշխանյանը, իսկ 23:05-ի սահմաններում Լուսինե Սահակյանն ու Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը բռնության գործադրմամբ զրկվել են ազատությունից ու տեղափոխվել ոստիկանության տարբեր բաժիններ:Ավետիք Իշխանյանը տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին, որտեղ շուրջ երկու ժամ անազատության մեջ պահվելուց հետո, նրան հայտնել են, որ ոստիկանության բաժին է բերվել իբր իր կողմից ոստիկանի օրինական պահանջին չենթարկվելու փաստի առթիվ իրականացվող վարչական վարույթի շրջանակներում:
Լուսինե Սահակյանն ու Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնին հարակից տարածք, ապա կրկին առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության, բերման ենթարկված ևս մեկ քաղաքացու հետ, 50 րոպե անց ազատ են արձակվել, անգամ առանց ոստիկանության բաժին մուտք գործելու:
ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատը խորը մտահոգություն հայտնելով իր անդամների իրավունքների ու ազատությունների սահմանափակման փաստով, կոչ է անում պատկան մարմիններին կատարվածի կապակցությամբ իրականացնել համապարփակ քննություն, որի արդյունքներով պատասխանատվության ենթարկել մեղավոր անձանց»:
