Корпорация Microsoft провела презентацию своей последней операционной системы — Windows 10. Чтобы подчеркнуть масштабность грядущих изменений, Microsoft решила «пропустить» девятую версию и выпустить новую систему сразу под номером 10.
«Windows 10 знаменует эпоху мире персональных компьютеров, где главное место занимают мобильные устройства и облачное хранение данных, – заявил Сатья Наделла, генеральный директор компании. – Мы закладываем в Windows возможность для пользователей беспрепятственно переключаться с одного устройства на другое, продолжая работу или игру, как у себя дома, так и на рабочем месте».
Несколько фактов о Windows 10:
1)Нынешние пользователи Windows 7 или Windows 8/8.1 в течение года смогут скачать и установить новую операционную систему бесплатно.
2)Windows 10 станет универсальной платформой для разных типов устройств. Главное различие будет заключаться в оптимизации интерфейса под размер экрана конкретного устройства.
3)На компьютерах и планшетах, работающих под Windows 10, будет доступен голосовой помощник Cortana.
4)В новую ОС интегрирован новый браузер под кодовым названием Spartan, который заменит Internet Explorer
5)Возвращается кнопка «Пуск», отсутствие которой смутило многих пользователей Windows 8.
6)Появится приложение, обеспечивающее доступ к сервису Xbox Live, что позволит транслировать игры с Xbox One на устройства под управлением Windows 10.
7)У пользователей появится возможность создавать трёхмерные голограммы благодаря приложению HoloStudio и очкам дополненной реальности HoloLens .
8)Тестовая версия новой операционной системы была установлена на компьютеры пользователей уже более трёх миллионов раз.
9)Дата официального выхода Windows 10 намечена на осень 2015 года.
