23 января под председательством президента Нагроно-Карабахской Республики Бако Саакяна состоялось заседание правительства, посвященное мероприятиям по обеспечению выполнения госбюджета на 2015 год и принятию программы деятельности правительства НКР на 2015 год. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе главы республики.
Подводя итоги заседания, глава государства коснулся политических событий минувшего года, деятельности правительства и важнейших планов и работ на 2015 год. Говоря о проведенных правительством работах в социально-экономической сфере, президент дал им в целом удовлетворительную оценку. По словам Бако Саакяна, несмотря на влияние ряда негативных экономических явлений мировой экономики и геополитической конкуренции, экономика Арцаха сохранила положительную динамику экономического роста, правительство выполнило все социальные обязательства, повысив размеры зарплат, пенсий, пособий, премий и других социальных выплат. Основой всех успехов президент Саакян считает трудолюбие, законопослушность и оптимизм арцахского народа, триединство Армения-Арцах-Диаспора, говорится в сообщении.
Наряду с достижениями глава государства коснулся также многочисленных нерешенных проблем и задач. Президент подчеркнул, что вопросы по правильной организации работ, разработка и осуществление среднесрочных и долгосрочных всеобъемлющих программ, правильная кадровая политика, низкий уровень инициативности на местах требуют особого внимания. Президент Саакян дал конкретные поручения по должному осуществлению предусмотренных на 2015 год программ, отметив, что ожидает от правительства и его подразделений активной, эффективной и скоординированной работы.
