Orer.am-ը ներկայացնում է սկսնակ բիզնեսմենների համար 10 հետաքրքիր և անհրաժեշտ խորհուրդ:1.Պատրաստ լինել բիզնեսին: Մի հոգեվիճակ, երբ հասկանում ես, որ դու դա ուզում ես ինչպես երբևէ: Երբ կողմնորոշվում ես, որ ուզում ես աշխատել միայն քեզ մոտ: Երբ ստիպված չես լինի գիշեր-ցերեկ բանել ինչ որ պարոնի մոտ: Երբ պատրաստ ես նվիրվել այդ գործին, բախվել խնդիրների հետ:
2.Վստահություն գաղափարի նկատմամբ: Այն, ինչ ուզում ես հիմնել, պետք է հաջողված լինի: Այլ կերպ լինել չի կարող: Երբ դու բոլորին հստակ կասես` այո, ես կանեմ դա, այդ դեպքում միայն «իրավունք կստանաս կրել» ընտրածդ գաղափարն ու գաղափարախոսությունը: Եթե պատրաստ չես դա ասել, եթե համոզված չես, անգամ մի փորձիր: Եթե մտքումդ ասում ես` ինձ թվում է, որ կանեմ, ուրեմն դա չի ստացվի:
3.Նախաձեռնողություն: Դու պետք է լինես ոչ թե աշխատող, այլ բիզնեսմեն: Պետք է նախաձեռնես աշխատանքը, մարդկանց տանես քո հետևից: Քո մեջ պետք է տեսնեն նախաձեռնողի, զգան դա քո խոսքի և գործի միջոցով: Դու պետք է տեսնես գաղափարներ:
4.Պատասխանատվություն: Բիզնեսի համար գումար է հարկավոր: Պետք է գիտակցես, որ մեծ ռիսկի ես դիմում: Չպետք է գումար վերցնես, չգիտակցելով, որ դա մեծ պատասխանատվություն է: Շատ մարդիկ պարտքերի պատճառով ինքնասպանություն են գործում: Դրանից ընտանիքներ են քայքայվում, հեռանում են ընկերներդ, հարազատներդ երես են թեքում: Եթե գումար ես վերցնում, պետք է վերադարձնես: Պարտքով գումար մի վերցրու, եթե համոզված չես, որ ամբողջովին կվերադարձնես: Դա վտանգավոր է:
5.Գիտակցություն: Պետք է տեղեկացված լինես քո ոլորտից: Հասկանաս` ինչ է դա և ինչպես է կառուցված: Հրաշալի է, եթե գործունեությանդ ոլորտը սիրում ես: Պատկերացրու, եթե կարի մեքենայով աշխատող մի տատիկ որոշի զբաղվել վեբ-դիզայնով: Դա այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ:
6.Բիզնես-պլան: Ինչքան էլ քեզ թվա, թե ամեն ինչ հեշտ է, հասկանալի ու հրաշալի, դու պարտավոր ես գրել բիզնես-պլան կամ նման մի բան: Եթե առանց բիզնես-պլանի գործ ես սկսում, մեծ սխալ ես թույլ տալիս: Պետք է իմանաս հաճախորդներիդ, տեսնես ընդհանուր պատկերը: Որքան էլ, որ տարօրինակ կարող է թվալ, բայց գրիր այդ մասին: Այդպես ավելի ճիշտ է:
7.Ընկերներ: Ընկերներիդ մի ներառիր գործի մեջ: Անծանոթ մարդիկ ավելի լավ կանեն իրենց գործը: Ընկերներն ավելի շատ կպահանջեն, քան ուրիշները: Ընկերները կարող են ճնշել քեզ: Նրանք քո բիզնեսը կխորտակեն: Դու չես կարող նրանց հեռացնել աշխատանքից` առանց պարտքի զգացման: Հին առածն ասում է. «Եթե ցանկանում ես կորցնել ընկերոջդ, նրան պարտքով մի բան տուր»: Այստեղ էլ է նունը: Դու պարզապես կարող ես համագործակցել ընկերներիդ հետ, բայց չներառել քո բիզնեսում:
8.Ազնվություն: Եթե դու լավ գործընկեր ես, ապա քեզ վրա հույս կդնեն: Ամեն ինչ ճիշտ ժամանակին արա, երբեք մի «քաշիր», ոչ ոքի մի նեղացրու և գործընկերներդ կմնան կողքիդ ու նույն կերպ կպատասխանեն: Բայց զգուշավորությունը երբեք չի խանգարում:
9. Խնայողություն: Մի վատնիր գումարդ: Եթե ընկերությունդ զարմանահրաշ եկամուտ է բերում, մի սովորիր դրան: Դա կարող է պարզապես ժամանակավոր հաջողություն լինել: Հաճույքները թանկ արժեն: Դրանց հետևից ընկնելով` կմոռանաս բիզնեսիդ մասին: Երբ տեսնես, որ ավելի քիչ եկամուտ ես ունենում, կմտածես, որ կյանքն ավարտված է: Հիշի՛ր, ավելի հեշտ է գումար աշխատել, քան պահպանել:
10. Հեռավորություն: Չի կարելի ընկերություն անել աշխատողների հետ: Հեռավորություն պահիր: Նրանց մոտ մի թող: Դու գլխավորն ես: Օրինակ`մի թող, որ քեզ հետ «դու»-ով խոսեն: Այդպես նրանց պատասխանատվության զգացումն ավելի բարձր կլինի:
