Զինված ուժերի եւ պատերազմի հարգարժան վետերաններ,
Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ
Շնորհավորում եմ Բանակի օրվա առթիվ: Տոն, որը պատկանում է մեր երկրի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու եւ յուրաքանչյուր հայի՝ անկախ նրա գտնվելու վայրից:
Ժամանակներն այնպիսին են, որ հայկական զինված ուժերը հաճախ պարտադրված են իրենց մարտական բարձր պատրաստականությունը, զենքին ու տեխնիկային տիրապետելու հմտությունները ապացուցել ոչ միայն վարժանքների կամ զորավարժությունների, այլեւ մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ, ռազմական ռեալ իրավիճակներում, որոնց արդյունքը մշտապես եղել ու մնում է հաղթանակը:
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, այսօրվա մեր բանակը ժամանակակից զենքի ու ավանդաբար անկոտրում ոգու, մշտապես կատարելագործվող տեխնոլոգիաների ու երբեք չարժեզրկվող հայրենասիրության, արդիական մտածողության ու տարբեր ժամանակներում գործով ապացուցված խիզախության կատարյալ համադրություն է:
Հայոց բանակի զինվորը երբեք չի տառապում ռազմատենչությամբ, բայց ի զորու է արժանի պատասխան տալ հոխորտանքի յուրաքանչյուր դրսեւորման: Հայոց բանակի զինվորը երբեք չի հարձակվում ուրիշի տան վրա ու միշտ նվիրումով, հաճախ էլ կյանքի գնով պաշտպանում է իր երկրի, իր տան անվտանգությունը Հայաստանում եւ Արցախում:
Միաժամանակ, նա այսօր հաջողությամբ խաղաղություն է պահպանում նաեւ այլ երկրների տարածքում՝ որպես միջազգային խաղաղապահ առաքելության եւ անվտանգության համակարգի գործուն բաղկացուցիչ: Սա կրկին վկայությունն է այն բանի, որ մեր զինվորը խաղաղության, ոչ թե պատերազմի ջատագովն է եւ պատրաստ է ցանկացած իրավիճակում դիմագրավել խաղաղության դեմ ուղղված յուրաքանչյուր ոտնձգության՝ որպես դիմացինի մեջ թշնամի չտեսնող, սակայն թշնամանքով առաջնորդվող հակառակորդին մշտապես հաղթող ժողովրդի ու բանակի ներկայացուցիչ:
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,
Այս տարի լրանում է Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմում ֆաշիզմի դեմ տարած հաղթանակի 70-ամյակը: Մեծապես գնահատելով այդ հաղթանակում մեր ավագ սերունդների անուրանալի ներդրումը՝ վստահաբար կարող ենք փաստել, որ այսօրվա հայկական բանակի կրած փառահեղ հաղթանակները լավագույն ավանդույթների բազմապատկված շարունակությունն են:
Եւս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով Բանակի օրվա առթիվ՝ մեր զինվորներին ու բոլոր զինվորականներին, բանակում ծառայող քաղաքացիական անձանց մաղթում եմ առողջություն եւ խաղաղ ծառայություն, շարունակական ձեռքբերումներ իրենց վստահված ոլորտներում եւ ծառայության վայրերում: Թող յուրաքանչյուր օր հայոց բանակի զինծառայողի ու նրա հարազատի համար բացվի ժպիտով եւ ուրախությամբ, անկորուստ հաղթանակի բերկրանքով եւ վաղվա օրվա հանդեպ հիմնավոր լավատեսությամբ»:
