2. Մուգ շոկոլադ
Այն հարուստ է հակաօքսիդանտներով, ճարպաթթուներով և ֆլավանոլներով, որոնք նպաստում են փայլուն մաշկ ունենալուն: Հակաօքսիտանտները լավ պաշտպանիչ ուժ են արևահարվելու դեմ:
3. Սաղմոն
Սաղմոնը հիանալի մթերք է սթրեսի, հոգնածության և ընճվածության դեմ պայքարելու համար: Այն պահովում է նաև վիտամին D-ի օրական անհրաժեշտ չափաբաժինը, որը, ինչպես հայտնի է, անհրաժեշտ է ոսկորների, սրտի և ուղեղի առողջության համար:
4. Կոկոսի յուղ
Կոկոսի յուղը ճարպերով հագեցած մթերք է' 90 տոկոս կալորիաներով: Այն պարունակում է լաուրինաթթու, որը հզոր հակաբակտերիալ և հակավիրուսային գործակալ է և պաշտպանում է վիրուսներից, վարակներից, բորբոքումից և բշտիկներից: Այն նաև հարուստ է ճարպաթթուներով և վիտամին E-ով:
5. Կանաչ թեյ
Այն հակաօքսիդանտների և ամինաթթվի մեծ աղբյուր է, որն օգնում է մարմնին՝ հանգստանալ և թուլացնում է լարվածությունը:

Կանեփի, արևածաղկի, դդմի և կտավատի սերմերը հիանալի ազդեցություն են ունենում մաշկի վրա: Դդմի և արևածաղկի սերմերը հարուստ են սելենով, վիտամին E-ով, սպիտակուցներով, որոնք զեծ են պահում կնճիռներից և խոնավեցնում մաշկը: Կտավատի սերմերը օմեգա 3 ճարպաթթու են պարունակում, որոնք պայքարում են կնճիռների և բշտիկների դեմ:
8. Նեխուր
Նեխուրը հիանալի միջոց է մաշկի պահպանման համար: Այն պարունակում է վիտամին K, որն օգնում է բարելավել արյան շրջանառությունը և իջեցնում է արյան ճնշումը:
9. Պապայա
Պապայան հիանալի միրգ է, որը բազմաթիվ օգտակար հատկություններ ունի: Այն շատ քիչ կալորիա է պարունակում' 39 կալորիա 100 գրամում, և որևէ խոլեստերին չի պարունակում: Նիհարելու համար անհրաժեշտ է պարզապես ամեն օր պապայա ուտել:
