Քաղաքականության մեջ որոշակի մանիպուլյացիաները, հիշողության կարճատև կորուստները ընդունելի բան են, եթե խոսքը վերաբերում է քաղաքական գործչի իմիջի կայացմանը կամ որևէ անզգույշ սպրդած արտահայտություն կոծկելուն: Բայց, եթե մի ամբողջ քաղաքական ուժ, այն էլ` խորհրդարանում ներկայացվածությամբ երկրորդ ուժը, քվեարկում է օրենքի մի նախագծի օգտին, այնուհետև` սկսում պայքար մղել նույն օրինագծի դեմ, քաղաքականության մեջ ինձ հայտնի չէ որևէ տերմին, որով կարելի է բնորոշել այդ «իմպոտենտ գործելաոճը»:
Հիմա, դուք ընդունել եք նախագիծը, այժմ պայքարում եք դրա դեմ: Արդյո՞ք առավել բարոյական չէր լինի ակցիաներ անցկացնել ոչ թե կառավարության դիմաց, այլ հայտնի «կանյաչնիի» մատույցներում` ինքներդ ձեր ղեկավարից պահանջելով մանդատից զրկել այն պատգամավորներին, ովքեր քվեարկել են խնդրահարույց օրինագծի օգտին: Հիմա ո՞վ պետք է պատասխան տա` նա, ով ընդունել է օրենքը, թե՞ նա, ով պարտավոր է կիրառել այն: Այս դեպքում ստացվում է այն հայտնի ասացվածքը, երբ կկուն հոտած է ու իրեն թվում է, թե բույնն է հոտած...
Հասկանալի է, իհարկե, որ խոսքը ԲՀԿ-ի և այդ քաղաքական ուժի կողմից վերջին օրերին ցուցաբերվող ակտիվության մասին է, երբ առևտրականները բողոքի ցույց են իրականացնում կառավարության շենքի առջեւ, պահանջելով կասեցնել փետրվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» օրենքը, իսկ այդ ակցիաների մեջ սողոսկած ԲՀԿ-ական գործիչները սկսել են ոչ միայն քաղաքական պահանջներ հնչեցնել, այլև խրոխտաբար հրաժարականներ են պահանջում:
Նախ, լուրջ քաղաքական ուժը երբեք չի լոկալացնում քաղաքական պայքարը: Ի սկզբանե «նախագահ ջանին»` Սերժ Սարգսյանին, խնայելով և վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանին երկրի բոլոր չարիքների կնքահայր հռչակելով` ԲՀԿ-ն հայտնվեց ծիծաղելի իրավիճակում, քանի որ նման պարագայում խոսել համակարգի փոփոխություններից, նշանակում է դիմացինիդ հիմարի տեղ դնել: Այժմ այդ համակարգային փոփոխությունների եզրը ավելի է նեղացել. ԲՀԿ-ականներն արդեն խնայում են նաև իրենց շեֆի խնամուն և սկսել են պահանջել նախարարների, փոխնախարարների, վարչության պետերի հրաժարականներ: Այս տեմպով շարունակելու դեպքում, հավանաբար, երկրի չարիքների գլխավոր մեղավորներ կհռչակվեն գյուղապետերը, գյուղերի ավագանու անդամները և համատիրությունների ղեկավարները:
Անշուշտ, ԲՀԿ-ական ակտիվը շուտով կսկսի պայքարել հենց համակարգային չարիքի այդ աղբյուրների դեմ:
