ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը հունվարի 29-ին ընդունել է ԼՂՀ կառավարության պատվիրակությանը, որը գլխավորել է ԼՂՀ փոխվարչապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը: Վերջինիս ուղեկցել են ԼՂՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Լևոն Գրիգորյանը և Տարածքային կառավարման ու վերաբնակեցման վարչության պետ Ժիրայր Միրզոյանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակն է եղել հստակեցնել տարածքային կառավարման ոլորտում ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ համագործակցության շրջանակները:
Դեռևս 2008թ. սահմանվել է Հայաստան-Արցախ հարաբերությունների ձևաչափ, որի շրջանակներում յուրաքանչյուր տարի մշակվում և իրականացվում է միջոցառումների բազմաբնույթ ծրագիր: Այդ ծրագրի շրջանակներում ՀՀ մարզերն ու ԼՂՀ վարչական շրջանները համատեղ իրականացնում են տարբեր կրթական, մարզական ու մշակութային միջոցառումներ, փոխադարձ այցեր, բժշկական կենտրոններում կազմակերպվում են բաց դռների օրեր, տրամադրվում է գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա և այլն:
Առկա է նաև սերտ փոխգործակցություն արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման ոլորտում' համատեղ ուսումնավարժություննե րի անցկացում, կադրերի վերապատրաստում, մասնագիտական ու տեխնիկական աջակցություն:
ԼՂՀ պատվիրակները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել համագործակցության համար' պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով շարունակել ու ավելի սերտացնել հարաբերությունները:
Հանդիպման ավարտին ՏԿԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը հանձնարարել է ԼՂՀ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների հետ միասին մշակել առաջարկություններ տարածքային կառավարման ոլորտում Արցախի հետ համագործակցությունն առավել կանոնակարգված, գործնական ու արդյունավետ դարձնելու վերաբերյալ: Արմեն Երիցյանն ընդգծել է, որ այս հարցը գտնվելու է նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում և իր անմիջական վերահսկողության տակ:
