Առաջիկա օրերին Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան կժամանի հայ գործարարների խումբ, ովքեր ցանկանում են Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ համայնքներում բիզնես գործունեություն սկսել՝ ստեղծելով նոր աշխատատեղեր: Այս մասին Տավուշի մարզի Չորաթան համայնքում բնակիչների հետ հանդիպմանը տեղեկացրեց ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ով աշխատանքային այցով Տավուշի մարզ մեկնած պատգամավորների խմբում էր: Արձագանքելով Չորաթան համայնքի բնակիչների բողոքներին, որ իրենց հողատարածքները գտնվում են անմիջապես ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակի տակ, ինչն իրենց թույլ չի տալիս մշակել հողերը՝ Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ընդգծեց, որ հիմա քննարկվում է սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչներին փոխհատուցել նաև այն եկամուտը, որից ադրբեջանական կրակահերթի հետևանքով նրանք զրկվում են: «Հիմա մենք քննարկում ենք այդ հարցը: Ես ևս մեկ շատ կարևոր տեղեկություն եմ ցանկանում փոխանցել: Առաջիկայում Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան կժամանի հայ գործարարների խումբ: Նրանք ցանկանում են Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ համայնքներում գործունեություն սկսել: Նրանց ոգևորել է այն հանգամանքը, որ մենք սահմանամերձ համայնքներում գործունեության ծավալումն ազատել ենք հարկերից: Նախատեսվում է տրիկոտաժի արտադրություն սկսել, ինչի շնորհիվ կստեղծվի 500 աշխատատեղ, իսկ սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչները, բացի գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներից, կկարողանան զբաղվել նաև այլ գործով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Մինասյանը:
Բնակիչներին մտահոգում էր նաև այն հարցը, որ իրենք չեն կարողանում իրացնել իրենց գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքը: Մասնավորապես մարզում չկա կաթի մթերման կետ, ինչը դժվարություններ է ստեղծում՝ կապված իրացման հետ: Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ընդգծեց, որ գործարարների հետ կքննարկեն նաև մարզում կաթի մթերման կետ ստեղծելու հարցը:
ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն էլ ընդգծեց, որ կառավարության հետ կքննարկի համայնքի բնակիչների բարձրացրած հարցերը և համատեղ ջանքերով կփորձեն լուծել առկա խնդիրները: «Մենք բոլորս՝ լինի իշխանություն, թե ընդդիմություն, ունենք մեկ խնդիր: Մենք պետք է անենք ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի սահմանամերձ համայնքում ապրող գյուղացին իրեն ապահով զգա: Դուք հերոս ժողովուրդ եք, և մենք հպարտանում ենք ձեզանով ու պարտավոր ենք անել այնպես, որ դուք ձեզ ձեր հողում ապահով զգաք, պետք է պայմաններ ստեղծենք ձեր խաղաղ ու ապահով արարման համար: Մենք ամեն անգամ, երբ գալիս ենք սահմանամերձ համայնք, մտածում ենք գնանք մարդկանց ոգեշնչենք, սակայն ստացվում է այնպես, որ դուք եք մեզ ոգեշնչում: Մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է, որ դուք պահեք ձեր հաղթական ոգին, և մեր բոլորիս խնդիրն է լինել սահմանամերձ համայնքի բնակիչների կողքին»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը:
Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը Տավուշի մարզի Չորաթան համայնքի ղեկավար Վարուժան Բաղմանյանին պարգևատրել է անվանական ժամացույցով: Պարգևը համայնքի ղեկավարին հանձնեց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: Աշխատանքային այցով Տավուշի մարզ մեկնած պատգամավորների թվում էին նաև ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մելիքյանը և անկախ պատգամավոր Կարեն Բոթոյանը:
Պատգամավորները զրուցեցին համայնքի բնակիչների հետ, ծանոթացան նրանց խնդիրներին, հետաքրքրվեցին վերջերս ընդունված սահմանամերձ համայնքներում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության ծավալումը հարկերից ազատելու, ինչպես նաև կոմունալ վճարները 50 տոկոսով փոխհատուցելու մասին օրենքի նախագծերի արդյունքներից: Պատգամավորները պատասխանեցին բնակիչների բոլոր հարցերին, լսեցին նրանց բողոքները՝ խոստանալով կառավարության հետ քննարկել և լուծում տալ դրանց: Պատգամավորներն այցելեցին նաև օրերս հակառակորդի գնդակից զոհված, նույն համայնքի բնակիչ Արման Ուդումյանի տուն, ինչպես նաև եղան մարտական դիրքերում:
