Դոնբասի երկնքում տեղի ունեցած մալազիական ինքնաթիռի ավիավթարից հետո ուկրաինական ճգնաժամն արդեն դադարեց տեղական լինելուց և դարձավ միջազգային` միջազգային քաղաքական շրջանակների ուշադրությունն իր վրա բևեռելով: Սա այդ չարաբաստիկ պատահարի քաղաքական արդյունքն էր, որ այսօր արդեն արձանագրում են ԶԼՄ-ներն ու մասնագիտական շրջանակները ու խոսում արդեն այն մասին, որ գարծնականում այդ միջազգայնացումը իրենից ենթադրում է որոշակի քաղաքական քայլերի ձեռնարկում: Այս համատեքստում բավական ուշագրավ է վթարից գրեթե անմիջապես հետո հնչած Արևմուտքի առաջարկը:
Արևմուտքի ԶԼՄ-ները արդեն առանձնացրել են որոշակի ինֆորմացիոն հոսք, որի վրա էլ այս պահին աշխատում են, այն տիրապետող հանրային կարծիքի վերածելու համար: Ըստ այսմ, քանի որ Արևմուտքը վթարի մեղավոր է համարում Ռուսաստանին, ապա դժվար թե Արևմուտքը կարողանա հանդես գալ Մոսկվայի հետ որպես միջնորդ Ուկրաինական խնդրի խաղաղ ու դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով լուծման համար. սակայն մյուս կողմից խնդիրը կա և կարիք ունի շուտափույթ խաղաղ կարգավորման: Միակ տարբերակը, որ այս պահին կա սեղանին այս առնչությամբ “Պորոշչենկոյի պլանն” է: Բայց դրանց իրականացման համար հարկավոր են իրական ու գործնական երաշխիքներ տալ և ահա լուծումը գտնված է:
Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավոր կանաչների կուսակցության անդամ Ռեբեկկա Հարմսը հուլիսի 18-21-ին Ուկրաինա այցից հետո հայտարարեց, որ մալազիական ավիալայների հետ տեղի ունեցած պատահարից հետո հարկավոր է ձեռնարկել շտապ միջոցառումներ Դոնբասում ռազմական խնդրի հետագա էսկալացիան կանխելու համար, ընդհուպ մինչև տարածաշրջան միջազգային խաղաղապահ ուժերի տեղակայումը: հարմսը կարծում է, որ МН17 ռեյսի ողբերգական կատաստրոֆայից հետո եվրոպական հասարակայնությունը փոխեց Մոսկվայի հանդեպ ունեցած իր կեցվածքը և այսօր պետք է աջակցի Ուկրաինական կոնֆլիկտի հետագա էսկալացիայի ապառազմական միջոցներով կանխմանը միտված որևէ քայլին:
Օրերս ռուս-գերմանական համագործակցության միջկառավարական խմբի գերմանական կողմի նախկին համանախագահ Անդրեաս Շոկենհոֆֆը, ՔԴԿ-ից, Rheinische Post-ին տված իր հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ որքան հնարավոր է հարկ է տարածաշրջան շուտափույթ կերպով ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղարար ուժեր տեղակայել գերմանական ռազմական կոնտինգենտի մասնակցությամբ: Նրանից անկախ Բունդեսթագի պաշտպանության կոմիտեի նախագահ Հանս Պետեր Բարթելսը ՍԴԿ-ից, կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղարար առաքելությունը կարող է վերահսկիչ դեր ունենալ ու վճռորոշ լինել խաղաղ կարգավորման գործում: Նշանակալի է նաև այն, որ ռուս-գերմանական համագորակցության միջկառավարական խմբի գերմանական կողմի նոր համանախագահ Հերնոտ Էրլերը, ՍԴԿ, Welt am Sonntag-ին տված հարցազրույցում ևս անդրադարձել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է “կապույտ պաշտպանագլխարկների” կոնտինգենտի տեղակայում Ուկրաինայում շահագրգիռ բոլոր կողմերի համաձայնությամբ: Գերմանական խորհրդարանի ՍԴԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Ռոլֆ Մյութցենիխն էլ այն կարծիքին է, որ Ուկրաինայում խաղաղապահ ուժերի առկայությունը կարող է հակամարտող կողմերին խաղաղության տրամարդել: Սակայն այս ամենով հանդեր գերմանական խորհրդարանի “ձախերի” խմբակցության փոխնախագահ Սառա Վահենկնեխտը կտրուկ դեմ է, որ գերմանական զինվորները որևէ մասնակցություն ունենան այդ առաքելությանը: Արևմուտքն անշուշտ հասկանում է, որ խաղաղապահ առաքելությանը կարող է արգելք հանդիսանալ Ռուսաստանն ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ում ունեցած իր վետո-ի իրավունքով, սակայն մի կողմից Արևոմւտքի հույսն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանը սեփական հեղինակության խնդրից ելնելով այն չի կիրառի և նաև ի դեմս Նիդերլանդների վարչապետ Մարկ Ռյուտտեի գտել է այլընտրանքային լուծում խաղաղարար առաքելությունն փոխարինելով քաղաքացիական-ոստիկանական առաքելությամբ, որին կարող են իրենց հավաքակազմներով մասնակցել ավիավթարի զոհեր ունեցած երկրները:
Անկախ ամեն ինչից, այս ամբողջն հիշեցնում է գործնական կյանքում արդեն գործարկման փորձ ունեցած բոսնիական սցենարը և սա զգաստանալու ահազանգ է, քանի որ լիովին հավանական է, որ Արևմուտքն ամենևին էլ չուզենա խնդրի շուտափույթ խաղաղ կարգավորումը այլ աշխարհազորայինների շուտափույթ չեզոքացումը ու Ռուսաստանի թուլացումը:
