ՀՀ կառավարության ներկայացրած «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հայտարարեց.
«Վերջին շրջանում իշխանության կերակրատաշտին կցված առավել ակտիվ տզրուկներ և սկաուտներ խիստ անհանգստացած են, թե ինչու են մեր Սփյուռքի տարբեր համայնքներ հրավիրում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանի» ներկայացուցիչներին, որպեսզի մենք այնտեղ լսենք իրենց մտահոգությունները»։
Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ այդ հանդիպումներում գերակշռում են այն մարդիկ, ովքեր Հայաստանում ունեին փոքր և միջին բիզնես և այդ բիզնեսով կարողանում էին մի կերպ պահել իրենց և մի քանի իրենց աշխատող ընտանիքների հոգսը հոգալ: «Փոքր և միջին ձեռներեցների հանդեպ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը հանգեցրել է նրան, որ այդ մարդիկ ստիպված են եղել լքել իրենց հայրենիքը, և լավ օրից չէ, որ նրանք լքել են Հայաստանը, և այո՛, անհամբեր սպասում են, թե երբ է Հայաստանում լինելու այնպիսի իշխանություն, որի գերխնդիրը փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի մեջքը կոտրելը չլինի, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան վերադառնալ իրենց հայրենիք։ Եվ հիմա այսպիսի օրինագծերը մեկ բանի են նպաստելու՝ ավելացնել արտագաղթողների թիվը»:
Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի կարծիքով՝ ժամանակ ձգելը հարցի լուծում չէ։ Ընդդիմությունն ունի պատրաստի նախագիծ, որը երեկ արտահերթում չդրվեց քվեարկության, քանի որ հույս կա՝ կգան կոնստրուկտիվ համաձայնության:
Չպետք է հարցը հետաձգել, թե՝ մինչև ամառ տեսնենք, թե հետո ինչ է լինելու։ Հետոն ավելի վատ է լինելու՝ այս իշխանության վարած քաղաքականության պատճառով։
Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն ընդգծեց, որ փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների միջոցով խոշորներին հայտնաբերելու փորձն ընդունելի չէ՝ կարծիք հայտնելով, որ իշխանությունները շատ լավ գիտեն անօրինական աշխատող խոշորի տեղը:
Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի ելույթին արձագանքեց ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը. «Երբ մենք խոսում ենք խոշորի մասին, նկատի ունենք բոլորին: Շատ խոշորներ ազնիվ են աշխատում, և մենք տեղյակ ենք»,- հեգնեց Սահակյանը:
