«Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանի' Ճոյտի որդին' Արմեն Հակոբյանն ասաց, որ իր հոր դեմ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության քննչական գործողություններն անօրինական են: Նրա կարծիքով քրեական գործի հատկանիշներով հորը ձերբակալելու գործը շինծու է:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ը նախկին պատգամավորի ձերբակալման մանրամասները պարզելու նպատակով երեկ այցելեց նրան պատկանող «Զվարթնոց» ռեստորանային համալիր: Ինչպես պարզեցինք Հակոբ Հակոբյանի որդուց' Արմեն Հակոբյանից, իր հոր ձերբակալումը կապված է «Ուրախ և տխուր» ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեության հետ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 23-ին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության 4-րդ բաժնի պետ Աշոտ Զաքարյանը ներկայացրել է, որ 2014թ. 9 ամիսների ընթացքում 33 տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի մոտ իրականացված ստուգումներով արձանագրվել է լրացուցիչ վճարման ենթակա 6.9 մլրդ դրամ: Ըստ ֆինանսների նախարարության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ «Ուրախ և տխուր» ՍՊԸ-ի ակտի գումարը կազմել է 428.5 մլն դրամ: ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության հրապարակած այս ակտը նախկին պատգամավորն անհիմն էր համարել և փորձել դատարանի միջոցով հասնել արդարության: Եվ այդ օրվանից հետո սկսվել են ճնշումները:
«Մենք հարկային այդ ակտը բողոքարկեցինք դատարանում, ու այդտեղից սկսեցին իրենց գործողությունները: Ամեն ինչ անում են, որ մենք դատարանով չկարողանանք առաջ գնալ և մեր շահերը պաշտպանել: Գալիս էին, ՍՊԸ-ի աշխատակիցներին հարցնում էին՝ Հակոբյանը ձեր աշխատավարձ տվե՞լ է, ճի՞շտ է, որ ձեզ ծեծում է: Բոլորին այդպես գնացել, տանը ահաբեկել են: Մարդիկ ասել են, որ Հակոբյանը մեզ լավ է վերաբերվում, մեր աշխատավարձը ժամանակին տալիս է: Հիմա ես կոնկրետ չգիտեմ, թե քանի մեղադրանք են առաջադրել հայրիկիս, բայց բոլորն անօրինական են»,-«Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց Հակոբ Հակոբյանի որդին:
Իսկ ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ ձերբակալման 72 ժամը լրանալուց հետո արդյո՞ք Հակոբյանին նաև կկալանավորեն, հետաքրքրվեցինք Արմեն Հակոբյանից: «Չեմ կարող հստակ ասել, բայց իրենց գործողությունները տանում են դրան: Նշեմ, որ քննիչները հորս բացարձակ քննության չեն կանչել, ծանուցագիր չեն ներկայացրել, որ այսպիսի խնդիր կա, նա մասնակից չի եղել քննչական աշխատանքներին: Եկել, հորս դրսում ձերբակալել, տարել են»:
Մեր զրուցակիցը չբացառեց նաև այն տարբերակը, որ միգուցե իր հոր անակնկալ ձերբակալումը պայմանավորված է նրա կողմից արված այն հայտարարության հետ, որ պատրաստվում է 1999-ի հոկտեմբերի 27-ի ոճրագործության մասին ֆիլմ նկարել: «Կարող է՝ այդ տարբերակն էլ լինի»,- ասաց նա:
Արմենի խոսքով՝ երեկ ինքը տեսել է Հակոբ Հակոբյանին և առաջին հերթին հետաքրքրվել նրա առողջական վիճակով, քանի որ արյան բարձր ճնշում ունի: Պարզվում է՝ ձերբակալման ժամանակ նրա մոտ առողջական խնդիրներ են առաջացել:
Արմեն Հակոբյանը ահա թե ինչ պատմեց. «Իմ հորը Էջմիածնում են բերման ենթարկել, հայրս երեք անգամ վատացել է, շտապօգնություն են կանչել ու հետո տեղափոխել Երևան: Ամեն ինչ անօրինական է, հիմա հայրս արդեն պաշտպան ունի, սպասենք, տեսնենք՝ ինչ է լինում»:
