Վերջին ժամանակներս ընդդիմամոլության դրսևորումներից հատկապես նկատելի է այս մեկը. ինչ էլ տեղի ունենա երկրում, անկախ նրանից, թե տվյալ դեպքում մեղավորը իշխանությունն է, թե՞ ընդդիմությունը կամ էլ հարևան պետություններից որևէ մեկը, անպայման գտնվում են մի խումբ մարդիկ, ովքեր բոլոր առիթներով հանդես են գալիս մոտավորապես այսպիսի կոչերով. «Մեզ օր առաջ պետք է իշխանափոխություն», «Այս իշխանությունները օր առաջ պետք է հեռանան», «Սերժ Սարգսյանը պետք է հեռանա ու վերջ»: Հիմա եկեք մի պահ ընդունենք, որ, այո՛, պետք է հեռանան: Եվ այստեղ է, որ տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում. իսկ ո՞վ պետք է գա, ո՞ւմ են առաջարկում հեռացողների փոխարեն: Այս հարցն է, որ միշտ մնում է անպատասխան: Լուրջ կրթություն ունենալու կարիք չկա, որպեսզի հասկանաս մի պարզ բան, որ եթե հինը քանդում ես, ապա նորը, ավելի լավը պետք է կառուցես: Եթե մի նախագահին ուզում ես հեռացնել, ուրեմն առնվազն պետք է ունենաս նրան փոխարինող թեկնածու, և հասարակությունն իրավունք ունի իմանալ, թե ո՞վ է այդ թեկնածուն, ի՞նչ գաղափարախոսության կրող է, ի՞նչ ծրագրեր և տեսլական ունի: Բայց չկա, նման թեկնածու չկա: Կան պարզապես կոչեր՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը պետք է հեռանա, իսկ թե ո՞ւմ են ուզում տեսնել նրա փոխարեն, իրենք էլ չգիտեն: Մի այսպիսի մոտեցում էլ կա. ոմանք ասում են՝ հեղաշրջում անենք, Սարգսյանին հեռացնենք, հետո արդեն պարզ կլինի, թե ով կլինի նրա փոխարեն: Այսինքն` ստացվում է, որ հետո ով ասես կարող է լինել, և չկա ոչ մի երաշխիք, որ այդ նոր մարդը կլինի Սերժ Սարգսյանից լավը կամ գոնե իր հմտություններով գործող նախագահին շատ չի զիջի: Ստացվում է, որ մարդիկ ուղղակի ուզում են փորձարկումներ անել ու տեսնել, թե ինչ կստացվի: Այսպիսի մոտեցումն առնվազն արկածախնդրություն եմ համարում, որը տանում է դեպի անորոշություն: Հարգելի՛ արկածախնդիրներ, կարծում եմ` ժամանակն է, որ հասկանաք, թե ինքներդ էլ ինչ եք ուզում: Եթե ունեք թեկնածուներ, ունեք ծրագրեր, հստակ ներկայացրեք, որ բոլորս տեսնենք, ծանոթանանք, ընտրելու հնարավորություն ունենանք, միգուցե իսկապե՞ս ձեր ներկայացրած թեկնածուն և ծրագիրը լավը կլինեն: Իսկ եթե չունեք, ապա պետք չէ մեր երկիրը փորձադաշտի վերածել: Կարեն Վարդանյան
