Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության Թովուզում տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկում անցյալ շաբաթ հրամանատարը կրակել է իր ենթակա 19-ամյա զինվոր Չինգիզ Այդըն օղլու Թարվերդիեւի վրա: Գլխից ծանր վիրավորված եւ կոմայի մեջ հայտնված զինվորը մինչ այժմ գտնվում է Գյանջայի քաղաքային զինվորական հոսպիտալում:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, զինվորի հայրը` Այդըն Հյուսու օղլու Թարվերդիեւն «Ազադլիգ»-ին հայտնել է, որ, չնայած իր զավակի վիճակը ծանր է, մինչ այժմ ոչ միջոց չի ձեռնարկվել: Նրա խոսքով` միջադեպը անձնական հողի վրա տեղի ունենալու պատճառով թաքցվում է: Եւ այդ պատճառով էլ զինվորը մնացել է անտեր: Զինվորի հայրը նշել է, որ գանգատվել է ռազմական դատախազությանը եւ պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, սակայն, արդյունք չկա:
Հայրը պատմել է, որ որդին զինծառայության է մեկնել Ջալիլաբադի շրջանից` 2014 թվականի հունվարի 6-ին, եւ ծառայության անցել Գյանջայում:
«Զինծառայության առաջին ամիսներին մրսել և հիվանդացել է: Չնայած հիվանդ լինելուն, նրան ոչ մի բժշկական օգնություն չի ցուցաբերվել: Դրանից ազդված Չինգիզը ինքնասպանության փորձ է կատարել` կտրելով երակները և տարվել հոսպիտալ», -պատմել է նա:
Նրա խոսքով` հոսպիտալից հետո նրան դատապարտել են 5 ամիս ազատազրկման: Պատիժը կրելուց հետո զինվոր Թարվերդիևը զինծառայությունը շարունակել է Թովուզի շրջանում տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկում: Դեկտեմբերին նրան 10 օրով արձակուրդ է տրվել:
Թարվերդիև ավագը հայտնել է, որ որդու հետ վերջին անգամ հեռախոսով խոսել է միջադեպից մեկ օր առաջ` հունվարի 26-ին:
«Չինգիզն ասաց, որ ամեն բան կարգին է: Իսկ առավոտյան գնդապետի կոչումով հրամանատար ներկայացած մի անձ ինձ զանգահարեց և ասաց, որ «որդիս զենքի վրա հենված ծխում և հեռախոսով երաժշտություն է լսում: Ես հրամանի էի սպասում, որ խփեմ նրան, բայց հենց այդ պահին որդիդ կրակ բացեց մեզ վրա: Մենք էլ ստիպված պատասխան կրակ բացեցինք և գնդակներից մեկը դիպչեց որդուդ»,- նշել է Թարվերդիև ավագը: Զինվորի հոր պատմելով, միջադեպի վայրում եղած մի այլ անձ իրեն հայտնել է, որ Չ.Թարվերդիևի գլխից խփվելուց հետո զինվորներից մեկն այդ գնդապետին ասել է` «հրամանատար, գոնե ձեռքին խփեիք»:
«Որդիս արդեն մի քանի օր է` կոմայի մեջ է: Գյանջայի հոսպիտալում բժշկական միջամտությունը բավարար չէ: Չինգիզին պետք է Բաքու տանել: Բայց դա չեն անում: Ռազմական դատախազության և զորամասի վերաբերմունքը միջադեպին խիստ կասկածելի է: Նրանք ցանկանում են կոծկել միջադեպը: Բայց ես ամեն բան անելու եմ այս հարցը ուսումնասիրելու և մեղավորներին պատժելու համար: Գնալու եմ Նախագահի աշխատակազմ և պաշտպանության նախարարություն` բողոքելու համար», - հայտնել է զինվորի հայրը:
Նա որդու վրա կրակելու պատճառը պարզելու և կատարողներին բացահայտելու պահանջով դիմել է Ադրբեջանի Նախագահին: Դիմումում նա նշել է, որ որդու վրա կրակել է սպան, սակայն, չնայած նրա վիճակը ծանր է, նրան չեն տանում Բաքու` վիրահատելու:
«Որդուս Բաքու տանելու համար ուղղաթիռ է պետք, սակայն, ասում են, որ չեն կարող ուղղաթիռով ուղարկել: Ուզում են, որ նա մեռնի Գյանջայի հոսպիտալում: Ուզում են կոծկել այս գործը», -Նախագահին գրած նամակում նշել է հայրը և խնդրել օգնել իրեն:
Ըստ թերթի` Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն հայտարարել է, որ երկրի Ռազմական դատախազությունը քրեական գործ է հարուցել տվյալ փաստով, իսկ զինվորի հոր` Զինգիզ Թարվերդիևի հայտարարությունը «չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը»:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն այդ միջադեպի մասին ավելի վաղ չէր հայտնել, չնայած զինծառայողը վիրավորվել էր հունվարի 27-ին: Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն միջադեպի մասին հայտնել է միայն ԶԼՄ-ներում զինծառայողի հոր նամակի հրապարակումից հետո:
