ԵՐԵՎԱՆ – Բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների խնդրանքով ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը մոտ ապագայում կկարգավորի Երևանի մարմնավաճառների գնացուցակները։ Այս մասին այսօր հայտնեց հանձնաժողովի նուրբ և հակասական հարցերով բաժնի ղեկավար Գերման Բստրիկյանը: «Շատ դեպքերում ծառայության դիմաց պահանջվող գումարը չի համապատսխանում ծառայություն մատուցողի արտաքին տվյալներին: Այլ կեպ ասած` շատ տգեղ մարմնավաճառներ սկսել են նույնքան գումար պահանջել, որքան գեղեցիկ մարմնավաճառները», – մանրամասնեց նա: Մտահոգիչ է նաև գնային ակնառու տարբերությունը Երևանի և մարզերի միջև` գները կարող են 2-3 անգամ ցածր լինել մարզերում:
Մարմնավաճառները մինչ օրս չեն պատժվում անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության համար: Մասնավորապես` բարձր կրունկներով կոշիկները, կամ նեղ ձգած կորսետները խեղաթյուրում են սպառողների պատկերացումները, իսկ գործարքը կնքելուց հետո արդեն ուշ է լինում: «Բազմաթիվ են քաղաքացիների բողոքները քաղաքապետարնի հարևանությամբ գտնվող մանկական այգու մարմնավաճառներից, քանի որ նրանց իրական սեռը կարող է կտրուկ տարբերվել գովազդվողից», – հավելում է Բստիկյանը: Ամանորյա զեղչերի ժամանակ Ծերեթելի մարմնաառևտրային կոմպլեքսը հայտարարել էր 70% զեղչ, սակայն ստուգումների արդյունքում պարզ դարձավ, որ 70% զեղչը կիրառվում էր 4-5 մարմնավաճառների դեպքում, իսկ հիմնականում զեղչը 10% էր: «Ակնհայտ է, որ Ծերեթելի մարմնաառևտրային կոմպլեքսը պետք է նշեր, որ զեղչը ՄԻՆՉԵՎ 70% է: Բայց պատժիչ մեխանիզմների բացակայության պարագայում նրանք մնացին անպատիժ», – նշեց Բստրիկյանը: Հանձնաժողը կարող է առաջարկել Ազգային ժողովին լիցենզավորման կարգ սահմանել: «Օրինակ ես չեմ հասկանում` ինչպես է այս տեսանյութի աղջիկը աշխատանք գտնում, բայց խնդիրը նույնիսկ դրանում չէ. նրա գնացանկը ուռճացված է, կարծես հաշվի չի առնում ո՛չ ներկայիս տնտեսական վիճակը, ո՛չ դոլարի կուրսը, ո՛չ էլ երկրի մինիմալ աշխատավարձի չափը», – բողոքեց Բստրիկյանը:
Մեր հարցին, թե ինչու հանձնաժողովը չի զբաղվում ավելի ակնհայտ ու վնասակար տնտեսական չարաշահումներով, Բստրիկյանը պատասխանեց, որ չի կարելի միանգամից կարգավորել բոլոր ոլորտները: «Այո, գիտենք, որ հաճախ խանութներում հայտնվում է ժամկետնանց ապրանք, կամ ապրանք, որ մի փոքր այլ բաղադրություն ունի, քան նշված է պիտակին, կամ շատ ապրանքատեսակներ չեն էլ հայտնվում խանութներոմ, որովհետև նրանց ներկրումով զբաղվում է միայն մեկ հոգի, բայց խնդիրները պետք է հերթով լուծել: Հիմա թույլ տվեք մարմնավաճառների ոլորտը կարգավորենք ու անմիջապես կանցնենք կեղծ դեղերին», – ամփոփեց Բստրիկյանը:
