ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն Ադրբեջանին առաջին անգամ ագրեսոր հայտարարեցին: Լրագրողների հետ փետրվարի 5-ին կայացած հանդիպմանն այսպիսի տեսակետ հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Մարգարովը:
«Ի տարբերություն Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների նախորդ հավասարակշռված հայտարարությունների' նրանք առաջին անգամ Ադրբեջանին մեղադրեցին ներխուժման մեջ, որն ինքնին համարվում է ագրեսիայի դրսևորում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' ասաց նա: Քաղաքագետի համոզմամբ' Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները Հայաստ անի Հանրապետության քայլերը դիտարկվում են որպես համաչափ և համարժեք:
Նա նշեց, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները փաստացի Ադրբեջանին մեղադրեցին նրանում, որ իր ոչ ադեկվատ գործողություններով վտանգում է բանակցային գործընթացը շարունակելու իր պարտավորությունները:
«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը իր վերաբերմունքն է արտահայտել նաև պաշտոնական Բաքվի' Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների բանակցային ձևաչափը սպառված լինելու հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ, և նրանք հստակ ակնարկ հղեցին մեր հարևաններին կամ նրանք դուրս են գալիս ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափի բանակցություններից, կամ թող բարի լինեն ենթարկվեն խաղի կանոններին»,-ընդգծեց Մարգարովը:
2014թ. ընթացքում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահները հանդիպել են երեք անգամ' օգոստոսի 10-ին Սոչիում ՌԴ Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հրավերով, սեպտեմբերի 4-ին' Ուելսում ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի նախաձեռնությամբ, եւ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Փարիզում' Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի հրավերով: Երեք հանդիպումներում շեշտադրվեց ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացի խաթարման անթույլատրելիությունը: Օլանդը կոչ արեց կողմերին աշխատել համապարփակ խաղաղ համաձայնագրի մշակման ուղղությամբ:
Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին իրավիճակը նախորդ տարվա օգոստոսի սրացումներից հետո կրկին լարվել է 2015թ. հունվարի առաջին իսկ օրերից: Ադրբեջանը թե' Արցախի Հանրապետության, թե' Հայաստանի դիրքերի ուղղությամբ դիվերսիոն բազմաթիվ փորձեր է արել, սակայն, կորուստներ կրելով, հետ է շպրտվել: Ցավոք, հայկական կողմը յոթ զոհ ունի, այդ թվում' խաղաղ բնակիչ' 80-ամյա հովիվ:
