Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական դեպքերի հետ կապված՝ շրջանառվող տեղեկատվությունները խիստ իրարամերժ են: Թե որքա՞ն ժամանակ Գյումրին պետք է մնա խուճապային իրավիճակում եւ ի՞նչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում քաղաքում լարվածությունը թուլացնելու համար, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ԱԺ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանի հետ.
«Այսօրվա դրությամբ ինձ շատ բան պարզ չէ, անգամ դեռ պարզ չէ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի գրությունը, որն ուղղված էր իր կոլեգային: Դուք գիտեք, որ քառօրյայի ընթացքում ՕԵԿ խմբակցությունն առաջարկով դիմեց Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին, որպեսզի խորհրդակցություն անցկացվի Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի հետ կապված: Պետք է նշեմ, որ մենք մեկ անգամ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի նախաձեռնությամբ լսումներ արդեն իսկ անցկացրել ենք: Հիմա ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ օր առաջ լսումներ կազմակերպենք գոնե երեք մշտական հանձնաժողովների մասնակցությամբ եւ բոլոր ուժային ու իրավապահ մարմինների ղեկավարների ներկայությամբ, լսումներին պետք է նաեւ ներկա լինի, ըստ էության, արտգործնախարարը»:
Մեր այն հարցին, թե բացի Պերմյակովին դատապարտելուց և խիստ պատիժ նշանակելուց, գյումրեցուն մտահոգող ամենակարեւոր հարցերը որո՞նք են, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց.
«Մեր գյումրեցիներին մտահոգող մի շարք հարցեր կան, որոնց պատասխանները մենք պետք է իմանանք` դարձնելով դրանք հանրության սեփականությունը: Մենք` որպես ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ, դրա իրավունքն ունենք: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, թե ո՞ր տարբերակն է ճիշտ՝ բա՞ց, թե՞ փակ լսումները: Պետք է նշեմ, որ այս հարցն ինձ համար գլխավոր խնդիր չէ, կարեւորն այն է, որ լսումներ կազմակերպվեն եւ մենք պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն ունենանք այդ ամենի մասին: Մենք գրավոր փաստաթուղթ պետք է ունենաք: Երբ տեղեկանանք, թե ինչ կոնտեքստի մեջ է եղել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի նամակը եւ ինչ պատասխան է նա ստացել ու նախաքննությանն էլ ինչ է պարզվել, օրինակ` արդյո՞ք այդ վիժվածքի կողմից փորձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի պետական սահմանը խախտել, ապա այս պարագայում այլ գնահատական կտամ, որովհետեւ եթե նման փորձ է արվել, ապա Պերմյակովին պետք է հանձնեին մեր պետական մարմիններին:
Եթե անկեղծ ասեմ, ես ավելի շատ կողմ եմ բաց լսումներին, որպեսզի գյումրեցին ի վերջո տեղյակ լինի, թե ինչ է կատարվում: Այսօր մեր ցավը կայանում է նրանում, որ գյումրեցին մոլորված է, քանի որ ոչ մի պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն չի տրամադրվել, բացի ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մեկ հայտարարությունից: Մենք տեղեկատվություն ենք ստանում թերթրից ու կայքերից, որտեղ ով ինչ ասես գրում է. մեկ գրում են, որ Պերմյակովին տարել են, մեկ ասում են, որ հանցանք իրականացնողը նա չէ. հարցերը շատ են և այդ հարցերն արդարացված են: Պետք է տրվի ինֆորմացիա, որը չի խանգարի նախաքննության գաղտնիության ապահովմանը»:
Շրջանառվող խոսակցություններն այն մասին, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանությունը պատվեր է խոշոր գերտերությունների կողմից, որը հստակ ծրագրով ուղղված է եղել Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան բարեկամական հարաբերությունների մեջ սեպ խրելուն, պարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանեց.
«Մենք գնահատականների մեջ պետք է լինենք շատ զգույշ, կարծում եմ, որ եւ՛ ռուսական, եւ՛ հայկական կողմը տրամադրված են խնդիրը լուծելուն: Այս հարցը վերաբերում է երկու ժողովուրդներին եւ մեր իշխանություններին. կարեւոր է, որ բաց ու արդար դատավարություն իրականանա եւ հանցագործը պատժվի օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ: Սկսած զորամասի հերթապահ պատասխանատուներից, վերջացրած մյուսներով, պետք է քրեական գործ հարուցվի, որ նրանց անփութության պատճառով զինվորը զենքը ձեռքին հայտնվել է դրսում:
Դուք հիշում եք, որ նույն ռազմաբազայում 1999 թվականին կրկին նման դեպք էր եղել, որի արդյունքում երկու զոհ և տասնյակ վիավորներ ունեցանք: Ես` որպես գյումրեցի, կարող եմ ասել, որ այն ինչ տեղի էր ունենում շուկայի տարածքում` պարզապես սարսափելի էր: Դեպքերը կրկնվում են, և այս պարագայում պատկերացրեք Գյումրեցու հոգեվիճակը: Գյումրեցիներին պատկան մարմինների կողմից պետք է հստակ հաղորդվի, որ իրենք պաշտպանված ու ապահով են, որպեսզի մարդիկ հանգիստ քնեն, քանի որ նրանք խուճապի մեջ են:
