Փետրվարի 6-8-ը մայրաքաղաքի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի պատվիրակության ԼՂՀ կատարած այցի ընթացքում վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Հրայր Անտոնյանը հանդիպել է ԼՂՀ Մարտունու քաղաքապետ Մհեր Խաչատրյանի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Երևանի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի և ԼՂՀ Մարտունու շրջանի համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր: Քննարկվել է նաև Մարտունի քաղաքում Երևանյան պուրակ կառուցելու նախագիծը: Հրայր Անտոնյանն այցելել է նաև Մարտունիում կառուցվող կրթահամալիր, որտեղ գործելու է շախմատի դպրոց, և Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից վստահեցրել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը կտրամադրի անհրաժեշտ գույք: Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հոգածությամբ ԼՂՀ Մարտունու շրջանում արաբկիրցի 35 զինծառայողների ծնողները հնարավորություն են ստացել հանդիպելու իրենց զավակներին: Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Հրայր Անտոնյանը ողջունել է նրանց և մաղթել բարի ծառայություն, ինչպես նաև արաբկիրցի աշակերտների կողմից փոխանցել նվերներ, նամակներ, սննդի փաթեթներ: Գերազանց ծառայությամբ աչքի ընկած զինվորականները պարգևատրվել են շնորհակալագրերով: Հանդիպումն ամփոփվել է տոնական միջոցառմամբ: Զինծառայողներն ու նրանց ծնողները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել ընձեռված հնարավորության համար և նշել, որ նման նախաձեռնությունների արդյունքում զինվորների շրջանում բարոյահոգեբանական ու մարտական ոգին ավելի բարձր է լինում:
Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի պատվիրակությունը ԼՂՀ այցելության ընթացքում հանդիպել է նաև առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինծառայողների հետ, վերջիններիս նվերներ հանձնել Երևանի քաղաքապետի կողմից, ինչպես նաև սննդի, քաղցրավենիքի փաթեթներ:
