Այս պահին դեռ ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի դիմաց տեղի է ունենում բողոքի ակցիա` փետրվարի 7-ին «Կասեցում» շարժման ակտիվիստ, ԲՀԿ քաղխորհրդի անդամ Արտակ Խաչատրյանին առեւանգելու եւ դաժանաբար ծեծի ենթարկելու հետ կապված:
Նկատենք, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը վերը նշված դեպքի առնչությամբ մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցնում իշխանությունների հասցեին` նշելով, որ կատարվածի ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է հենց երկրի քաղաքական իշխանության վրա:
Փետրվարի 7-ին տեղի ունեցածի եւ ԲՀԿ-ի կողմից հնչեցվող մեղադրանքների հետ կապված` Orer.am-ը զրուցեց «Ժողովրդական կուսակցության» նախագահ Տիգրան Կարապետյանի հետ.
-Պարոն Կարապետյան, ԲՀԿ-ն փետրվարի 7-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի իրականացման մեջ մեղադրում է գործող իշխանություններին: Դուք` որպես անձ, ով քաղաքական դաշտում բավականին երկար է պայքարել, արդյո՞ք տեսնում եք այստեղ իշխանությունների ձեռագիրը:
-Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ, այո՛, այս ամենն իշխանության ձեռագիրն է, բա էլ ո՞վ ա ստեղ խուլիգանություն անում:
-Արդյո՞ք ճիշտ է առանց համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից իրավական գնահատականի հնչեցման, տեղի ունեցած հանցագործությունը բարդել գործող իշխանությունների վրա:
-Ինչ ասեմ, այս պարագայում կարելի է ամեն ինչ ենթադրել: Կարելի է նաեւ ենթադրել, որ ոմանք այնպես են անում, որ իշխանություններին վարկաբեկեն, բայց դե ի՞նչ վարկաբեկել, իշխանությունն առանց այդ էլ վարկաբեկված է:
-Ձեր խոսքից կարելի՞ է ենթադրել, որ ԲՀԿ-ն իշխանությունների վրա ցեխ է շպրտում` փորձելով իր հեղինակությունը բարձրացնել ժողովրդի աչքին:
-Ես չէի ասի: ԲՀԿ-ն այս դեպքում տուժված է: Ինչու՞ ԲՀԿ-ն պետք է նման բան անի, այդ ուժն այսօր ընդդիմադիր է:
-Դուք իրո՞ք կարծում եք, որ ԲՀԿ-ն կարող է խաղալ ընդդիմության դաշտում, չէ՞ որ այդ ուժի ղեկավարությունը սերտ կապեր ունի իշխող կուսակցության հետ, դեռ մի բան էլ ավել՝ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը անծայրածիր բիզնեսներ ունի. այս պարագայում արդյո՞ք հնարավոր է ընդդիմադիր լինել եւ հաշվի չնստել իշխանությունների հետ:
-Հետո՞ ինչ, որ բիզնեսմեն է` չի՞ կարող իշխանության դեմ դուրս գալ. մենք սոցիալիստական համակարգում չենք ապրում, այսօր կապիտալիստական համակարգ է, բայց Ծառուկյանը պաշտոն չի զբաղեցրել, ճիշտ է իշխանությանը մոտ եղել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ժամանակ, բայց հիմա որքանով գիտեմ` մոտ չէ:
-Պարոն Կարապետյան, ոչ վաղ անցյալում տեղի ունեցավ մի սահմռկեցուցիչ միջադեպ` Շահեն Պետրոսյանին ծեծի ենթարկելը: Այս միջադեպը կապում էին ԲՀԿ առաջնորդի անվան հետ: Ի՞նչ կասեք այս օրերին եւ 7 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ:
-Նեգատիվ բաներ էլ են եղել, ի՞նչ ասեմ, դա է մեր իրականությունը: Հերիք է հարցեր տաք, հերիք է քչփորեք, ինչ ասեցի հերիք է, վերջ:
