Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Վահիդ Ահմեդովը հայտարարել է, որ երկրի պետբյուջեն ձեւավորվել է նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի դիմաց 90 դոլար հաշվարկով, եւ քիչ հավանական է, որ նավթի այս տարի խիստ նվազած գինը կարող է բարձրանալ եւ հասնել այդ մակարդակի:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով «Աադլըգ» թերթը, պատգամավորն ընդգծել է, որ իրատեսական չի համարում նավթի գնի ներկայիս 50 դոլարի մակրադակից զգալի բարձրացումը:
«Նավթի գների ձեւավորման գործընթացը վերահսկում է OPEK-ը, որը չի պատրաստվում փոխել նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալները չկրճատելու իր կարծիքը: Ես խորհրդարնի նիստերում արդեն հայտարարել եմ, որ 2015 թվականին նավթի գինը 60 դոլարից ավելի չի լինելու», -ասել է նա:
Ահմեդովն նշել է, որ նավթի գինը լուրջ բացասական ազդեցություն է թողնում, որպես նավթ արտահանող երկիր, Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության, առաջին հերթին' բյուջեի վրա: «Նավթի գների անկումից բացի, Ադրբեջանում ամեն տարի 4-6 տոկոսով կրճատվում է նաեւ նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալը: Խնդիրներ կան նաեւ դրա արտահանման մեջ», -հայտնել է պատգամավորը:
Ադրբեջանի էկոնոմիկայի նախկին նախարար, հայտնի տնտեսագետ Օքթայ Հախվերդիեւի կանխատեսումներով' անգամ 2015 թվականի բյուջեում մեկ բարելի դիմաց նավթի 90 դոլար գնի դեպքում, Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի դեֆիցիտը պետք է կազմի 1,6 մլրդ դոլար, իսկ ներկայիս' 60 դոլարից ցածր գնի պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը կարող է կորցնել 4 մլրդ դոլար, եւ նման ճգնաժամի պատճառով երկրում կարող է գործազրկության կտրուկ թռիչք տեղի ունենալ: Նրա կարծիքով' Ադրբեջանում մոտ ժամանակում շատերին հարկ կլինի փոխել աշխատանքի վայրը, գուցե եÖ ‚ մասնագիտությունը' հարմարվելով փոփոխվող աշխատանքի շուկային:
«Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալության տնօրեն Մեհման Ալիեւն էլ իր հերթին հիշեցրել է, որ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը եւ Ասիական բանկը դեռեւս 2008 թվականին էին կանխատեսել Ադրբեջանի էկոնոմիկայում ծագած այսօրվա ճգնաժամը: «Դա կառուցվածքային ճգնաժամ է, որովհետեւ Ադրբեջանի էկոնոմիկայում նավթի մասնաբաժինը շատ մեծ է», -նշել է նա:
Ադրբեջանի «Ումիդ» կուսակցության նախագահ, խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Իգբալ Աղազադեն ավելի վաղ ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերթքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 87 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
Նավթի գների անկման հետ կապված Ադրբեջանում զանգվածային կրճատումներ են սկսվել ինչպես նավթարդյունաբերության ոլորտի ձեռնարկություններում, այնպես էլ պետական կառույցներում:
