Азербайджанская сторона не вывела миссию ОБСЕ на свои передовые рубежи

10 февраля, согласно достигнутой с властями Нагорно-Карабахской Республики договоренности, миссия ОБСЕ провела плановый мониторинг линии соприкосновения вооруженных сил Нагорного Карабаха и Азербайджана восточнее населенного пункта Сейсулан Мартакертского района НКР. С позиций Армии обороны НКР наблюдение осуществили полевые помощники Личного представителя Действующего председателя ОБСЕ Евгений Шаров (Украина) и Христо Христов (Болгария), а также сотрудник офиса ЛПДП ОБСЕ Петер Сведберг (Швеция). С противоположной стороны линии соприкосновения мониторинг осуществили полевой помощник Личного представителя Действующего председателя ОБСЕ Иржи Аберле (Чехия) и личный помощник ЛПДП Саймон Тиллер (Великобритания). Мониторинг прошел в соответствии с намеченным графиком. Нарушений режима прекращения огня не зафиксировано. Однако азербайджанская сторона не вывела миссию ОБСЕ на свои передовые рубежи. Миссию наблюдения с карабахской стороны сопровождали представители министерства иностранных дел и министерства обороны НКР.
