Օգոստոսի 28-ին` ժամը 13.30-ին, ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժնում 29-ամյա մի տղամարդ հաղորդում է տվել, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 12.30-ի սահմաններում, Արթիկի Գրիգոր Նարեկացու փողոցի թիվ 1/5 հասցեի մոտ «Մերսեդես Ե 320» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի է ենթարկել 10-ամյա տղայի, նրան տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց և ինքնակամ ներկայացել ոստիկանություն:
