Հայաստանում վերջին տարիներին նվազել է մանկական քաղցկեղով ախտորոշվող երեխաների թիվը: Այս մասին փետրվարի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ գլխավոր քիմիաթերապևտ, բժշկական գիտությունների թեկնածու Հայկուհի Գյոքչյանը: «Մինչև 2000-ական թվականները տարեկան մանկական քաղցկեղի 100 դեպք էր գրանցվում, իսկ վերջին տարիներին 70-80 դեպք է նկատվում: Այսինքն՝ դեպքերը նվազել են, և սա շատ լավ միտում է: Տղաներն ավելի շատ են հիվանդանում քաղցկեղով, քան աղջիկները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Հայկուհի Գյոքչյանը:
Փետրվարի 15-ը մանկական քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրն է: Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ օրվա նպատակն է հանրության ուշադրությունը սևեռել մանկական քաղցկեղի և հիվանդության խնդիրների վրա:
«Հայաստանում մանկական քաղցկեղի բուժումը պետության հոգածության տակ է: Պետպատվերի շրջանակներում հիվանդները դեղորայք են ստանում, իսկ 2009 թվականից առաջին տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանի հոգածության ներքո գործող «Նվիրիր կյանք» հիմնադրամը աջակցում է երեխաներին: Այսօր հիվանդ երեխանները թանկարժեք դեղորայք գնելու կարիք չունեն՝ հիմնադրամը հոգում է նրանց կարիքները »,-նշեց ՀՀ գլխավոր քիմիաթերապևտը:
Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ տարբեր տարիքային խմբեր խոցելի են տարբեր հիվանդություններով: «Մանկական տարիքում արյան հիվանդություններն են գերակշռում, ինչպես նաև գլխուղեղի քաղցկեղը և այլ հիվանդություններ: Ծնողները և պոլիկլինիկայի մանկավարժները զգոն պետք է լինեն երեխաների նկատմամբ: Մեր մանկաբույժների զգոնությունը վերջին տարիներին բարձրացել է»,-հավելեց նա:
Հայկուհի Գյոքչյանը հավելեց նաև, որ վերջին 30 տարվա ընթացքում աշխարհում կրկնապատկվել է քաղցկեղով հիվանդ մարդկանց թիվը: Հայաստանը ևս բացառություն չէ: «Մարդիկ քիչ են դիմում, ավելի շատ դիմում են քաղցկեղի երրորդ, չորրորդ փուլերում, իսկ առաջին, երկրորդ փուլերում հնարավոր է քաղցկեղը բուժել»,-հավելեց նա
