Վերջին երկու օրերին վերջապես հայրենական մամուլը վերջնականապես ազատվեց հերթական «ցնցող իրադարձությունները» պեղելու անշնորհակալ գործից և ձեռնամուխ եղավ հայ քաղաքական դաշտում սկիզբ առած «քաղաքական լարված պայքարի» լուսաբանմանը: ՀՀԿ և ԲՀԿ «առաջնորդները», մեկմեկու հերթ չտալով, սկսեցին հանդես գալ փոխադարձ մերկացումներով: Սակայն մենք, փոքր-ինչ հեռանալով զգացմունքային, նեղացկոտ և հիմնականում «շենքի բեսեդկայի» մակարդակի ելույթներից, փորձենք առավել սթափ նայել ներկայումս քաղաքական դաշտում ընթացող խմբագրումներին:
Սերժ Սարգսյան և ՀՀԿ սույն քաղաքական գործիչը, որի գործունեության նեղ մասնագիտացումը մշտապես եղել են պալատական ինտրիգները, զանազան դավադրություններն ու ստվերային խաղերը, հանկարծ քաղաքական գործչին և քաղաքականությանը բացարձակապես ոչ հարիր բառապաշարով սկսում է հանդես գալ իր վաղեմի ու ամենահավատարիմ «դաշնակիցներից» մեկի դեմ` չխորշելով անգամ անձնական վիրավորանքներից: Հասկանալի է, որ «առաջնորդի» նման ելույթից հետո մանր կուսակցական-պետական չինովնիկները, պատեհապաշտներն ու պնակալեզները քարտ բլանշ են ստանում «զոհին» ծվատելու համար: Վերջիններիս մեկնաբանությունները, ձևակերպումներն ու «կարծիքները» սակայն ենթակա ու արժանի չեն ոչ միայն քննարկման, այլև, ընդհանրապես, ունկնդրելու: Փաստը մնում է միայն այն, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարծես թե ցանկանում է հստակեցնել խաղի կանոները. այն է` «քաղաքականությամբ պետք է զբաղվեն քաղաքական գործիչները» և այլն: Այս միտքը, բնականաբար, վերաբերում է ուղղակիորեն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ բավականին հարաբերական է, քանի որ անհնար է հասկանալ, թե ով է որոշում անձի անհատ քաղաքական գործիչ լինել-չլինելը: Մյուս հստակեցումը վերաբերում է, այսպես ասած, «այլընտրանքային խաղերին». այս առումով Սարգսյանը կարծես թե յուրօրինակ սահմանագիծ տարավ քաղաքական դաշտում «յուրայինների» և այլոց միջև, ընդ որում, պետք է նշել, որ դեռևս խոսք չի գնում հստակ ընդդիմություն-իշխանություն տարանջատման մասին, քանի որ այս պատմության մեջ բավականին շատ են մութ էջերը, որոնց մասին` ստորև: Բովանդակային առումով Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը առանձին վերլուծության թեմա է, ի դեպ, այս առումով պետք է նշել, որ անգամ Սարգսյանի բառապաշարի, մեղմ ասած, ոչ բարձր մակարդակն ամենևին կապ չունի նրա բովանդակային կողմի հետ: Անդրադառնանք «հակամարտության» մյուս կողմին:
ԲՀԿ և յուր առաջնորդ
Սույն կուսակցությունն` իր ղեկավարով հանդերձ, ստեղծման օրվանից ի վեր եղել է իշխանական պրոյեկտ: Իր գոյության ամբողջ ընթացքում ԲՀԿ-ն կամ եղել է ՀՀԿ-ի կոալիցիոն գործընկեր, կամ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ արջի ծառայություն է մատուցել հայաստանյան հանրությանն ու ընդդիմությանը՝ փոշիացնելով կամ յուրացնելով ընդդիմադիր տրամադրությունները: 2008-ի մարտի 1-ի սպանդին Ծառուկյանի «մարդիկ» իրենց դերակատարությունն ունեցան, ընդ որում, այդ դերակատարության հստակ չափը մինչ օրս պարզ չէ, համենայն դեպս, իրավական առումով: Իսկ այն փաստը, որ Մարտի մեկին «ծեծողներն ու սպանողները» և «ծեծվողներն ու սպանվածները» ներկայումս «դաշնակիցներ» են, վկայում է ընդամենը ՀՀ քաղաքական դաշտում տիրող բարքերի մասին:
Ի՞նչ է լինելու
Վերոնշյալից զատ հարկ է նշել, որ ներկայումս մենք ունենք մի նոր իրավիճակ, որի մակերեսում թվում է, թե բոլորը բաց են խաղում: Քաղաքական է այս նոր իրավիճակը, թե ոչ` դժվար է ասել: Մեկ բան սակայն հստակ է` և՛ ԲՀԿ, և՛ ՀՀԿ «առաջնորդները» կարծես թե սկսում են մերկացնել միմյանց, որի տրամաբանական արդյունքում վերջիններս իրենց վարչակազմերի ու արբանյակների հետ ձեռք-ձեռքի տված պետք է գնան «ուղղիչ աշխատանքային գաղութ», սակայն չենք կարծում, որ բանը դրան կհասնի, քանի որ չնայած` Ծառուկյանն ու Սարգսյանը միմյանց անվանեցին չարիք, սակայն իրականում նրանք իրենց կուսակցություններով իրական չարիքի երկու գլուխներն են, իսկ վիշապի մի գլուխը մյուսին չի հոշոտում:
Հ.Գ. Ներկայիս իրավիճակում ՀՀ այն քաղաքացիները, որոնց համար հավասարապես հակակրելի են երկու գործիչներն էլ` իրենց կուսակցություններով հանդերձ, կարծում եմ` պետք է առավելագույն հեռավորություն և գուցե նաև լռություն պահպանեն ընթացող լպրծուն ու ծառայամիտ դեբատների նկատմամբ:
