ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը 2rd.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձել է ներքաղաքական ներկայիս իրավիճակին. -Պարոն նախագահ, բնականաբար, այսօր պետք է խնդրենք անդրադառնալ վերջին ներքաղաքական իրադարձություններին: Մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀԿ Խորհրդի հայտնի նիստին, որի թիրախը ԲՀԿ-ն էր, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ամենախոշոր, ազդեցիկ և դրա հետ մեկտեղ, մինչև փետրվարի 12-ը՝ ոչ արմատական կուսակցությունը: Կուսակցություն, որն իշխանությունների հետ մշտական շփումների մեջ էր ու, ինչպես պարզվեց, միմյանց ղեկավարներին քննադատելու մասով նույնիսկ զսպվածության փոխադարձ պայմանավորվածություն ուներ: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, ինչո՞վ կարելի է բացատրել տեղի ունեցածը:
Չեմ կարող բացատրել, թե ինչի համար էր դա պետք նախագահին: Եթե հաշվարկն այն էր, թե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելով ԲՀԿ-ն կկազմալուծվի, ապա համապատասխան էֆֆեկտը չստացվեց: Ընդհակառակը. ընդդիմադիր դաշտում ակնառու են համախմբման հստակ նշաններ՝ բառապաշարի և նպատակների կտրուկ ռադիկալացմամբ: ԲՀԿ-ի վարկաբեկում նույնպես տեղի չունեցավ՝ չափազանց անհամոզիչ փաստարկների պատճառով: Ցանկացած գործողություն ԲՀԿ ղեկավարի դեմ բոլորի կողմից հիմա կգնահատվի որպես քաղաքական հետապնդում, որը զուրկ է որևէ լեգիտիմությունից: Իսկ հաշվի առնելով երկրում սոցիալական լարվածության և դժգոհության աստիճանը, ինչպես նաև ԲՀԿ-ի և նրա ղեկավարի լայն ժողովրդականությունը՝ որքան ավելի եռանդուն իշխանությունը փորձի “մաքրել” քաղաքական դաշտը, այնքան ավելի ուժեղ է լինելու համախմբումն իշխանության դեմ և այնքան ավելի իրական կլինի քաղաքական ցնցումների հեռանկարը: Դժվար չէ կանխատեսել, թե ինչպես այս ամենը կանդրադառնա տնտեսության, Ղարաբաղում շփման գծի իրավիճակի և Ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումների անցկացման վրա: -Թվում է, որ այս ամենն իսկապես կարող է պայթեցնել ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը: Այդպիսին են մեր բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների սպասումները և մտավախությունները: Արդյո՞ք իշխանությունները ելք ունեն այս իրավիճակից: Կարծում եմ՝ դեռևս ունեն: Կանգ առնել և չդիմել ոչ մի ակտիվ վարչական գործողության ԲՀԿ ղեկավարի նկատմամբ, մնալ բացառապես բանավոր մենամարտի սահմաններում, վերադառնալ ընդդիմախոսների հետ հակադրման քաղաքական հարթություն: Իշխող կուսակցության կողմից ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստին բարձրաձայնված մտադրությունները չեն տեղավորվում ՀՀ Սահմանադրության շրջանակներում և ԲՀԿ-ին ու ընդհանրապես՝ ընդդիմությանը բառացիորեն մղում են կազմակերպել մասսայական փողոցային գործողություններ, որոնց հետևանքներն անկանխատեսելի են: Ձերբակալություններն ու ռեպրեսիվ գործողությունները կտանեն երկիրը դեպի խորը ու երկարատև ճգնաժամ: Մեր երկիրը առանց այդ էլ գերծանրաբեռնված է լրջագույն խնդիրներով և դրանց լուծումը հնարավոր է միայն հասարակության առավելագույնս լայն համախմբման, երկրի ապագայի հանդեպ մարդկանց հավատի վերականգնման հիման վրա: Տեղի ունեցածը, ցավոք, հակառակ ուղղությամբ ուժեղ ազդակ դարձավ:
