В частности, обсуждались вопросы, касающиеся режима прекращения огня, отвода тяжелых вооружений и обстановки в районе города Дебальцево. Президент России Владимир Путин, канцлер ФРГ Ангела Меркель и украинский президент Петр Порошенко обсудили по телефону одобренный в Минске комплекс мер по мирному урегулированию ситуации на юго-востоке Украины, сообщила пресс-служба Кремля.
"Затрагивались, в частности, вопросы, касающиеся режима прекращения огня, отвода конфликтующими сторонами тяжелых вооружений, а также ситуация в районе города Дебальцево", - говорится в сообщении Кремля. Кроме того, лидеры обменялись мнениями относительно роли миссии ОБСЕ. Они договорились о продолжении контактов в различных форматах с целью содействия выполнению минских договоренностей. Накануне поздно вечером Ангела Меркель, Петр Порошенко и президент Франции Франсуа Олланд провели еще одни телефонные переговоры, в ходе которых выразили обеспокоенность в связи с продолжением боев в районе Дебальцево. Они также выступили за обеспечение свободного доступа наблюдателей от ОБСЕ в район боевых действий. Ранее представитель минобороны провозглашенной Донецкой народной республики Эдуард Басурин заявил, что из-за непрекращающихся обстрелов со стороны украинских силовиков под Дебальцево доступ в этот район небезопасен.
