Ուկրաինայի Ազգային անվտանգության եւ պաշտպանության խորհուրդը (ԱԱՊԽ) հավանություն է տվել ՄԱԿ-ին եւ ԵՄ-ին դիմելուն՝ Դոնբասի հակամարտության գոտի խաղաղապահ զորակազմ մտցնելու խնդրանքով: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Կիևում կայացած բրիֆինգի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ԱԱՊԽ-ի քարտուղար Ալեքսանդր Տուրչինովը:
«Որոշում է ընդունվել՝ դիմել ՄԱԿ-ին եւ ԵՄ-ին Ուկրաինայում խաղաղության, անվտանգության պահպանման գործողություն ծավալելու կապակցությամբ»,- նրա խոսքը մեջբերել է ՈՒՆՆ գործակալությունը:
Տուրչինովն ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարարությունն արդեն պատրաստել է համապատասխան դիմումը, եւ հույս է հայտնել, որ Գերագույն ռադան կպաշտպանի այն: Նա նշել է, որ խաղաղապահներ Դոնբաս մտցնելը թույլ կտա արձանագրել եւ տեղայնացնել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները:
Բացի այդ, ինչպես հաղորդել է ՈՒՆՆ-ն, Ուկրաինայի ԱԱՊԽ-ն հավանություն է տվել ռազմական դրության մասին օրենքում հանրապետության նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոյի առաջարկած փոփոխություններին: Տուրչինովը նշել է, որ ռազմական դրության մասին գործող օրենքն «ընդունվել է շատ տարիներ առաջ եւ փոփոխություններ է պահանջում»:
Նաեւ, ԱԱՊԽ-ի քարտուղարի խոսքով, հաստատվել է 2015 թվականին բազմազգ զորավարժությունների անցկացման ծրագիրը: Ինչպես ճշտել է Տուրչինովը, պլանավորվում է, որ զորավարժություններին կմասնակցեն «ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրները եւ Ուկրաինայի ռազմավարական գործընկերները»:
Բացի այդ, ինչպես հաղորդել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունը, ԱԱՊԽ-ն որոշում է ընդունել ԱԱՊԽ-ին կից զինվորական կաբինետ ստեղծելու մասին: «Դրա կազմում կընդգրկվեն երկրի եւ իշխանության մարմինների ուժային բլոկների ղեկավարները»,- նշել են մամուլի ծառայությունում:
Ավելի վաղ, ինչպես նշում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, Պորոշենկոն՝ բացելով ԱԱՊԽ-ի նիստը, հանդես էր եկել նման կաբինետ ստեղծելու առաջարկությամբ, որը, նրա խոսքով, կլինի «ոչ մեծ ԱԱՊԽ՝ մարտահրավերներին օպերատիվորեն արձագանքելու համար»:
