Американские идеи по борьбе с терроризмом пугают: для здоровой психики такое мышление нехарактерно. Силовыми методами уничтожать идеологию экстремизма – это все равно, что военным путем экспортировать демократию, говорит эксперт Елена Супонина.
Президент США заявил о необходимости уничтожить саму идеологию террористической группировки "Исламское государство". По словам Обамы, разработкой соответствующего плана действий должна будет заняться Генассамблея ООН. А пока всю тяжесть борьбы возьмут на себя США. Помимо продолжения авиаударов по территории, контролируемой ИГ, Пентагон начнет обучение 1,2 тысячи сирийских оппозиционеров для борьбы с "Исламским государством".
Подобный подход к проблеме как минимум удивляет, а как максимум – пугает. Такое мнение выразила в эфире радио Sputnik советник директора Российского института стратегических исследований, эксперт по Ближнему Востоку Елена Супонина.
"Я постоянно слежу за тем, что происходит на Ближнем Востоке, и то, что говорит в последнее время Барак Обама, меня просто пугает. Это уже на грани такого феномена, которым, наверное, должны заниматься психиатры. Потому что здесь присутствует определенная амбивалентность мышления, которая свойственна нездоровому мозгу. И очень опасно, что президент Соединенных Штатов постоянно допускает такие противоречия. Как можно уничтожить идеологию военным путем? Это все равно, что военным путем экспортировать демократию", — сказала Елена Супонина.
