ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի պատասխանը Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի առաջարկին, ես կասեի, «պորտադրման» դասական օրինակ էր, իսկ Սարգսյան-եռյակ շախմատային պարտիայում կարելի է համարել «մատ»: Այսպիսով՝ շարքային ընդդիմադիր դարձած ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը գնաց վաստակավոր թոշակի, քանի որ, իմ կարծիքով, նման պատասխան ստանալուց հետո այլ բան ուղղակի չի մնում անել:
Բողոքե՞լ, բայց ինչի՞ համար և ինչի՞ դեմ: Չէ՞ որ նախագահը ԼՏՊ-ի նամակն անպատասխան չի թողել, ծանոթացել է դրան և մերժել է: Նաև բացատրել է, հիմնավորել, թե ինչու է մերժում:
Ավելին, Սարգսյանը չի մերժել Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հանդիպելու առաջարկը և պատրաստ է հանդիպման: Այսինքն` այս դեպքում մերժումն անհիմն համարել չի լինի:
Տեր-Պետրոսյանն, ըստ ինձ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, չի գնա հանդիպման, իսկ եթե նույնիսկ գնա էլ, լավագույն դեպքում կարող է մի քանի խորհուրդներ տալ, մի քանի հարցի շուրջ մտքեր կփոխանակվեն, բայց դա արդեն չի լինի դերակատարություն: ԼՏՊ-ի դերակատարությունն ավարտված է, և կարծում եմ՝ ժամանակն է, որ ԼՏՊ-ն շարքային ընդդիմադիրից կրկին վերածվի ՀՀ առաջին նախագահի, պաշտոնաթող նախագահի:
Համաձայնվեք, որ դա ավելի պատվաբեր է, քան շարքային ընդդիմադիր լինելը: Եվ վերջապես, ավելի լավ է համարձակություն ունենալ և պատվով ընդունել խաղում տարած պարտությունը, քան չնկատելով իրականությունը՝ համառորեն շարունակել և ի վերջո վերածվել ծիծաղի առարկայի, ինչպես դա եղավ որոշ քաղաքական գործիչների դեպքում: Ի դեպ, ԼՏՊ-ի ղեկավարած ՀԱԿ-ի վիճակն այսօր այնքան անհույս է դարձել, որ նույնիսկ վերոհիշյալ քաղաքական գործիչներն ու ուժերը, որոնց նկատմամբ շատերի վերաբերմունքն անլուրջ է դարձել, այլևս չեն ուզում մասնակցել ՀԱԿ-ի միջոցառումներին:
Պարտիան ավարտվեց, բայց շախմատային մրցաշարը շարունակվում է: Դեռ կիսատ է մնացել Սարգսյան-Քոչարյան պարտիան: Սակայն այստեղ էլ Սարգսյանը զգալի դիրքային առավելություն ունի, մանավանդ վերջին օրերին Քոչարյանը կարծես թե կորցրեց երբևէ հաղթելու իր շանսերը: Եվ դա լավ է, որ կորցրեց:
