Ադրբեջանում բողոքի ալիք է բարձրացել նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման պատճառով ազգային արժույթի' մանաթի արժեզրկման հետ կապված երկրում բոլոր ապրանքների և սպասարկման գների սրընթած աճի առնչությամբ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները, մասնավորապես Ադրբեջանի հարավային թալիշաբնակ Լենքորանի շրջանի Լիման քաղաքում թանկացումների և ծագած կոմունալ խնդիրների պատճառով բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները փակել են Ալաթ-Աստարա ավտոմայրուղին: Արդեն երեք օր է' մանաթի արժեզրկման և դոլարի թանկացման պատճառով մթերային խանութները փակ են, քաղաքն ամբողջությամբ հոսանքազրկված է: Բացի այդ, քաղաքի բնակչության մեծ մասը գործազուրկ է դարձել: Մթերային խանութները փակվել են նաև Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան Ղազախ քաղաքում, ինչը տագնապ է առաջացրել բնակչության շրջանում:
Սոցիալական ցանցերի որոշ օգտատերեր հայտնել են, որ առատ ձյունատեղումից հետո հոսանքազրկվել է Բաքվի Լոքբաթան ավանը, Լերիքում և Զաքաթալայում անջատել են խմելու ջուրը, բնակչությանը տրվող գազը: Մարդիկ փող չունեն: Բնակչությունը դրանում մեղադրում է իշխանություններին, որոնք երկիրը հասցրել են անարխիայի:
«Այս դժբախտ, սեփական հայրենիքում երկրորդ տեսակ համարվող ժողովուրդը ոտքի է կանգնել, որպեսզի սրբի գող և ավազակային իշխանություններին, հակառակ դեպքում' կվերանա ինքը»,- գրառել են սոցցանցերի ադրբեջանցի օգտատերները:
«Ազադլըգ» թերթը գրել, որ Ադրբեջանում ապրանքների և ծառայությունների թանկացման համար պատճառ է հանդիսացել մանաթն էժանացնելու վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից փետրվարի 21-ին ընդունված որոշումը, իսկ կոմունալ խնդիրները պայմանավորված են Ադրբեջանում եղանակի կտրուկ փոփոխության հետ:
Ադրբեջանի «Մարժա» գործակալությունը հայտնել է, որ ադրբեջանական բանկերը դադարեցրել են առևտրի և ծառայությունների օբյեկտներում բանկային քարտերով վճարումները: Նշվում է, որ վերջին մի քանի օրում մանաթը 33,5 տոկոսով էժանացել է' մեկ դոլարի դիմաց տարվա սկզբին եղած' 0,780 մանաթից հասնելով 1,055 մանաթի, իսկ 1 եվրոյի փոխարժեքը հասել է 1,19 մանաթի (fins.az):
Ադրբեջանում մոտ 80 տոկոսով թանկացել է հացը: Որոշ խանութներում «Բատոն» տեսակի հացն արդեն վաճառվում է 50 գյափիկով: Փորձագետների կանխատեսումներով' Ադրբեջանում ներկրվող ապրանքների գներն առաջիկա օրերին 30 տոկոսով կթանկանան: Մանաթի էժանացման պատճառով Ադրբեջանում դեղատների 95 տոկոսը փակվել է: Փակվել են խոշորագույն «Զաֆարան» և «Ափթեք Ավրոպա» դեղատնային ցանցերը: Որոշ գործող փոքր դեղատներում դեղերի գները հասել են աստղաբաշխական թվերի:
Ադրբեջանի «Ժողովրդավարություն և բարեկեցություն» շարժման նախագահ Գուբադ Իբադօղլուն կենտրոնական բանկի' բնակչությանը ցնցած որոշումը մեկնաբանել է հետևյալ կերպ. «Մանաթի արժեզրկման վրա այլևս ազդելու են ոչ միայն հոգեբանական, այլ նաև իրական գործոնները: Իսկական «տնտեսական աղետը» կսկսվի հենց այդ ժամանակ, ինչը շատ մոտ է»:
