Երեկ՝ փետրվարի 23-ին, Գյումրիում սպանված Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի հարազատները գնացել էին Շիրակի մարզի դատախազություն և շենքի մոտ որոշ ժամանակ մնալուց հետո բարձրացել մարզի դատախազ Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանի աշխատասենյակ` պահանջելով հանդիպել կամ հեռախոսով խոսել գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի հետ եւ ստանալ հետաքննությանը վերաբերող, իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերի պատասխանները:
Նշենք, որ ըստ մամուլում տարածված տեղեկատվության` Ավետիսյանների հարազատները խիստ վրդովված են եղել, նրանք աղմկել են եւ հրաժարվել դուրս գալ Ասլանյանի սենյակից, մինչեւ վերջինս չբավարարի իրենց պահանջները: Այնուամենայնիվ, հարազատները համաձայնության են եկել այն պայմանով, որ Ասլանյանն իրենց պահանջները կատարի մեկ օրվա ընթացքում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հարազատներն Ավետիսյանների քառասունքի օրը լրագրողներին հայտնել էին, որ այլեւս չեն պատրաստվում լռել, իսկ եթե հստակ տեղեկություններ չստանան քննության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ, ապա կդիմեն ծայրահեղ միջոցների:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակի եւ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության գործով հնարավոր զարգացումների վերաբերյալ, Orer.am-ը մեկնաբանություն ստացավ ՀՀ ԱԺ անկախ պատգամավոր, պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Էդմոն Մարուքյանից.
«Բոլորս էլ հասկանում ենք, որ նախաքննություն է ընթանում, որը գաղտնի է: Հարկ եմ գտնում նկատել, որ այդ առումով բարդ է տեղեկատվություն պահանջել եւ ստանալ, բայց, միեւնույն ժամանակ, որոշակի տեղեկատվությունը, որը հնարավոր է բացել, գտնում եմ, որ գործի այս փուլում էլ կարելի է հայտնել, որ մարդիկ հասկանան` քննություն է ընթանում եւ առաջընթաց կա, չէ՞ որ գործը հասարակության հետաքրքրության կիզակետում է: Այս պահի դրությամբ մարդկանց զրոյական տեղեկատվություն է տրամադրված»:
Պատգամավորը նկատեց նաեւ, որ համապատասխան անձանց ու մարմինների կողմից որդեգրած գործելաոճը կհանգեցնի նոր բողոքների, նոր հիասթափության:
Դե իսկ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի՝ իր ռուս գործընկերոջն ուղղված նամակի եւ ակնկալվող պատասխանի վերաբերյալ, Է. Մարուքյանը նշեց. «Կարծում եմ` նամակին պատասխան պետք է տրվի ողջամիտ ժամկետներում: Այս պահի դրությամբ որեւէ ավել բան ասել չեմ կարող, քանի որ մեկնաբանությունների հետ կապված տեղեկություն չունեմ, պետք է սպասել պաշտոնական պատասխանին»:
Նկատենք, որ ինչպես Է. Մարուքյանը, այնպես էլ մի շարք այլ պատգամավորներ, պատրաստ են բաց կամ փակ նիստով քննարկել Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության գործը` հանրությանը տրամադրելով նախաքննության գաղտնիությունը չխախտող որոշ տեղեկատվություն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռ անցած քառօրյա նիստերի ժամանակ ՕԵԿ խմբակցությունը հանդես էր եկել նման առաջարկով, որը, կարծես թե, այդպես էլ կյանքի չկոչվեց:
