Հայաստանի կառավարությունը պահուստային ֆոնդից Տավուշի մարզպետարանին կհատկացնի 6 մլն 337 հազար դրամի պետական աջակցություն՝ 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 5-ից 12-ը հակառակորդի գնդակոծություններից առաջացած մարզի սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների տներին հասցված վնասները փոխհատուցելու նպատակով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այդ մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության փետրվարի 26-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
«2015 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի լույս 12-ի գիշերը ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցած գնդակոծությունների հետևանքով առաջացած վնասները գնահատելու նպատակով ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծվել է աշխատանքային խումբ:
Տավուշի մարզի Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանակից համայնքներում հունվարի 5-12-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տեղի ունեցած գնդակոծությունների հետևանքով առաջացած վնասները գնահատելու նպատակով աշխատանքային խումբը հիմք է ընդունել Տավուշի մարզպետի պատվերով «Գեոպրոեկտ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից իրականացված մարզի Բերքաբեր, Բաղանիս, Բարեկամավան, Կոթի, Չինարի և Պառավաքար համայնքների գնդակոծությունների հետևանքով վնասված գույքի շուկայական արժեքի գնահատման հաշվետվությունը»,- նշված է հիմնավորման մեջ:
Ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ վնասվել է 6 համայնքի 134 բնակչի գույք՝ 6 մլն 337 հազար դրամ արժեքի: Մասնավորապես, Բերքաբեր համայնքում գնդակոծությունների հետևանքով տուժել է 66 քաղաքացի, վնասի ընդհանուր չափը կազմում է 2 մլն 668 հազար դրամ: Բարեկամավան համայնքում տուժել է 28 քաղաքացի, վնասի ընդհանուր չափը կազմում է 1 մլն 601 հազար դրամ, Չինարում՝ 4 քաղաքացի, վնասի ընդհանուր չափը կազմում է 88 հազար դրամ, Կոթիում՝ 31 քաղաքացի, վնասի չափը կազմում է 1 մլն 96 հազար դրամ, Բաղանիսում՝ 2 քաղաքացի, վնասի ընդհանուր չափը կազմում է 105 հազար:
Պառավաքար, Կոթի և Բերքաբեր համայնքներում հունվարի 5-12-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում վնասվել է 3 մեքենա, վնասի ընդհանուր չափը կազմում է 778 հազար դրամ:
