Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի իրավահաջորդներն ակնկալում են իրենց հարազատների սպանության փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործի արագ քննություն և ավելի շատ տեղեկատվության տրամադրում: Լրագրողների հետ փետրվարի 25-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը հայտնեց Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպան Երեմ Սարգսյանը: «Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի իրավահաջորդները ցանկանում են, որպեսզի իրավասու մարմինները իրենց ավելի շատ տեղեկություններ տրամադրեն: Իհարկե, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի օրենքով սահմանված կարգով տրամադրում է տեղեկատվություն, սակայն այդ տեղեկատվությունն Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի իրավահաջորդների հուզող հարցերին չի պատասխանում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' նշեց Երեմ Սարգսյանը:
Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդ և ընտանիքի դուստր Լուսինե Ավետիսյանը նկատեց, որ եթե նախաքննական մարմինը չի ցանկանում հրապարակային որևէ տեղեկություն տրամադրել, կարող է չբացահայտելու պայմանով իրեն տրամադրել: «Ես շատ լարված և անհանգիստ վիճակում եմ: Ուզում եմ ասել, որ դժգոհ չեմ նախաքննության ընթացքից: Միակ խնդիրը, որ այդ ամենը ինչքան հնարավոր է արագ բացահայտվի»,- ընդգծեց նա:
Երեմ Սարգսյան նշեց, որ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր փորձում են խանգարել գործի քննությանը: «Պարբերաբար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության որոշ քաղաքացիներ փորձում են խանգարել գործի ընթացքին' փորձելով համոզել հրաժարվել իմ ծառայություններից' իրենց ընտրելու պայմանով»,- նկատեց նա:
Փաստաբանը հայտնեց նաև, որ վաղը հանդես կգա հայտարարությամբ, որը կտեղադրվի նաև իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում: «Ցանկացած փաստաբան, ով համաձայն է անվճար հիմունքներով ներկայացնել տուժողների շահերը, կարող է կապվել իրավահաջորդների հետ և նրանց հետ հանդիպելուց հետո ներգրավել գործին: Մենք կողմ ենք վերը նշված քրեական գործի քննությանը նպաստող ցանկացած անձանց ներգրավմանը»,- հավելեց Երեմ Սարգսյանը:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև' յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս և հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու և ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:
