ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում ավարտին է մոտենում հերթական քառօրյան, որի շրջանակներում Orer.am-ը ներքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումների մասին մեկնաբանություն ստացավ Սյունիքի պատգամավոր Հայկ Գրիգորյանից, ով խնդրեց իրեն ուղղել միայն մանկավարժությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Ինչեւէ, մեծահոգություն դրսեւորելով եւ չմերժելով ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորի խնդրանքը` կրթական ոլորտին առնչվող հարց ուղղեցինք:
-Պարոն Գրիգորյան, ի՞նչ կարծիքի եք այն հարցի մասին, որ օրերս Սյունիքի մարզպետ, ինքնահռչակ պատմափիլիսոփա Սուրեն Խաչատրյանը Գորիսի ԵՊՀ-ի ղեկավարությանը հայտնել էր, որ համալսարանի խորհրդի նախագահ, Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանն այլեւս խորհրդի նախագահ չէ, այլ խորհրդի նախագահն ինքն է` հրամայելով, որ հաջորդ օրը նոր կազմով նիստ հրավիրվի, և այս ամենն այն պարագայում, երբ մարզպետի լիազորությունների մեջ չի մտնում առանց հիմքերի եւ ԿԳ նախարարի հետ համաձայնության և հրամանի նման որոշումներ ընդունել:
-Ես ընդհանրապես նման տեղեկություններ չունեմ: Կարող եք զանգել Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին, Վահե Հակոբյանին եւ այդ հարցերն ուղղել իրենց: Մի խոսքով, դիմեք համապատասխան մարմիններին, ես ընդհանրապես տեղյակ չեմ:
-Քանի որ մանկավարժությանը վերաբերող հարցերից տեղյակ չեք, անցում կատարենք քաղաքականությանն ու Սյունիքում տիրող մթնոլորտին. ասում են, որ այսօրվա դրությամբ Սյունիքում կրկին «բեսպրեդել» է տիրում, եւ պարոն Խաչատրյանն իր հին մեթոդներին է անցել: Ի՞նչ կասեք այս մասին:
-Այդ խոսակցությունները տարածում են այն մարդիկ, ովքեր շահագրգռված են, որ նման բաներ Սյունիքում լինեն, իսկ ես կասեմ հակառակը՝ Սյունիքում ոչ մի «բեսպրեդել» էլ չկա, Սյունիքում բոլորը` ինչպես պարոն Խաչատրյանը, այնպես էլ գյուղապետերը, դպրոցի տնօրենները, զբաղվում են իրենց աշխատանքով: Մթնոլորտը բավականին լավ է եւ ի տարբերություն երկիր մոլորակի շատ-շատ կետերի` գաղջ մթնոլորտ մենք այս պահին չունենք:
-Ըստ Ձեզ` իսկ Հայաստանի տարածքի ո՞ր հատվածներում է գաղջ մթնոլորտ տիրում:
-Ես ներկայացնում եմ միայն Սյունիքի մարզը եւ կարող եմ պատասխան տալ իմ ընտրատարածքների համար:
-Ասում եք, որ ամեն ինչ լավ է, բայց մանր եւ միջին բիզնեսմենները բողոքում էին, որ նրանց հանդեպ ճնշումներ են գործադրվում, եւ պարոն Խաչատրյանի կողմից հարկերի ապօրինի ավելացումներ են իրականցվում:
-Նման բան լինել չի կարող, որովհետեւ Սյունիքի մարզն անկախ պետություն չէ, Սյունիքի մարզում գործում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքները, եւ ինչպես ՀՀ մնացած տարածքներում, այնպես էլ այտեղ են հարկային արտոնությունները կիրառվում ըստ օրենքի: Սյունիքի մարզում օրենքի շրջանակներից դուրս ոչինչ չի կարող լինել: Այս ամենը ես ասում եմ պաշտոնապես` որպես օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ:
-Ներկայումս Ձեր հարաբերությունները լավ են պարոն Խաչատրյանի հետ, այո՞:
-Բայց մեր հարաբերությունները ե՞րբ ա վատ եղել պարոն Խաչատրյանի հետ:
-Իսկ ի՞նչ հարաբերությունների մեջ եք. շատ սե՞րտ:
-Շատ գործնական, բարեկամական, իսկ խնդիրների դեպքում միահամուռ ջանքերի շնորհիվ ենք հասնում դրանց լուծմանը:
-Ի՞նչ բիզնես ծրագրեր եք իրականացնում պարոն Խաչատրյանի հետ:
-Կներեք, բայց ես ԱԺ-ի պատգամավոր եմ եւ օրենքն ինձ ընդհանրապես թույլ չի տալիս որպեսզի, որեւէ բիզնես ծրագիր անեմ:
