Մարդու շուրթերը 100 անգամ ավելի զգայուն են, քան մատների ծայրերը: Իսկական համբույրը բարձրացնում է ճնշումը մինչև 100 և ավելի զարկ րոպեում:
«Անմեղ» համբույրը այրում է 5 կալորիա: Իսկ մեծացնելով համբույրի ինտենսիվությունը, Դուք կարող եք այրել մինչև 30 կալորիա մեկ համբույրի ընթացքում: Համեմատության համար' 1 րոպե արագ քայլքն այրում է 4-5 կալորիա:
